We worked with Christian at the Webster location and she was very accommodating. I called the main reservation line to reserve a 10x10 unit, but my partner was the one who stopped by the location to complete the process. The whole process from my first phone call to actually renting the unit was super easy, and it’s evident that Christian is an excellent property manager, good at understanding the needs of her customers, because she actually showed my partner additional units and he chose to rent a larger one that will better fit our needs. I was overcharged for months before I realized it. I received no notification that my rate had increased significantly. Christian is overwhelmed with complaints obviously and hung up on me. I’m known for my phone etiquette surprisingly.
