The customer service has gone down the drain. From dropping off the bracelet to picking it up was just unpleasant. I had to mark where I wanted the charms and do it myself with the safety pins they gave me. Absurd!! I remember when the staff would lay the bracelet out and put the charms out and mark it after you confirmed you were good with the spots.Picking up wasn't any better the girl that helped me her nails were so long she could barely do anything. It was actually gross knowing thatvher nails were that long and who knows whats growing under them. Had I asked her to put the bracelet on me she would not have been able to. But not just that she pulls the bracelet out and just hands it to me. No laying it out to look at just here ya go. I asked for something to put it in and she said a box or a baggy. No cloth bag or box. Just a plastic bag. Its just absolutely absurd. That James avery experience you once gave is no more and the prices keep going up but the service keeps getting worse. I can say I will not be going in anytime soon. I would rather shop elsewhere than deal with that.

I just left my bracelet to put just one charm and they told that it was gonna take until Friday at 2 and I didn’t take no even 5 min to come back and told the lady to give it back to me and she said that she can’t find it so I have to wait until Friday to get it ( I should go to the James Avery at the mall they don’t even take 5 min to get it done)

This location is horrible, the service in here is horrible. 90% of the time when you walk in nobody greets you and the staff is beyond snooty. I've been shopping at this store for many years and ever since they opened their new location I have had iffy encounters with the staff. To top that off the last time I brought my bracelet in to have a charms put on and cleaning when I got it back it was not clean at all. When I addressed it today with the staff she told me that it was probably because my bracelet was dirty to begin with, which is not true I have taken very well care of my jewelry and even the new charms I had put on looked like they didn't polish them and they were dirty. I will take my business elsewhere, and I would tell others to stay away from this location unless you like being treated like you're beneath the staff.

Highly recommend this location, customer service is very helpful and they don't hover over you trying to sell you any items. When you perchance an item they explain the process and address any questions you may have.

I had such a great experience this morning. I had a lot to do. I was getting my husband a Father's Day cross necklace with engravings, buying a birthday charm for a friend, and engraving one of my charms that I already had. Carla was the team member who helped me and she was absolutely wonderful! She met me on the floor and helped me pick out everything. She was so friendly, sweet, fun, helpful, and patient. I've always had a positive experience in this store . . . But, today was just extra special. Carla is star employee with excellent customer service worth noting. Thanks again for everything

My family and I have shopped at this location for 30 years now. I went in just last week to have a retired ring resized and had perfect service from drop off to pickup. The ring was polished and seamless where the sizing was made.

Wish I could give zero stars! Because when I went in I got ZERO service. Nobody greeted me,and thats fine they had a couple of ppl checking out BUT I waited for the crowd to leave and all other customers cleared out. the whole store was cleared NOBODY but me ,wife and son left along with 3 cackling employees behind the register and not one of them asked if we needed help!!! We waited 15min before we decided to go to another james avery bc the employees here have zero customer service skills!!!!

We went to James Avery Jewelry store to purchase my grandson a chain and cross. It was during the Christmas season, so there were a lot of customers. But they had about six salespersons working and they did a great job in helping everyone. We found the item we were looking for and was able to move through the line in rapid order.

Mr. Avery has more of my money than I care to think about, but his artisans are skilled and make beautiful pieces. This new(er) store is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful.

My wife want to look at several items not one person offered to help her. If the store wants to stay in business then you need to change employees.
