I arrived at 3:30 they closed at 4. They were so nice and did my inspection anyway. They were very busy and worked really hard on getting everyone taken care of in a timely manner.

6-17-24, I went in to have my power steering fluid checked. About 2-weeks earlier, at an area mechanic shop, the mechanic had sabotaged the fluid by dumping in some used oil (or something) and wanted me to pay for a new fluid change. I told him that I had just changed out that fluid at Jiffy Lube 6-months earlier, and left. I went back to Jiffy Lube and explained to the manager what had happened. To his credit, the manager flushed out the sabotaged fluid and replaced it with new fluid at no charge. That's what I call exemplary and honest service.
