I’m disappointed in selection of craft items needed. Hats, patches, embellishments. Fabric supply and variety are always amazing. Prices are too high without a coupon.

I wish there were more fabric stores around because the quality of service in this location is not it. The people behind the cutting counter, usually seem pissed off for no reason like theyre irritated that you’re even there. Usually, the shelves are half empty when it comes to buttons or laces and the checkout line always takes forever. Only reason I’m honestly giving two stars is because they are some nice people that work there but it’s definitely minority in my experience.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Horrible customer service from the manager! How can a place like that be running with people Like that. Over 20 minutes waiting on the phone to get helped just for a simple question that could’ve been answered in seconds. She didn’t even know what fabrics they sell.

Linda at the fabric audibly ridiculed me for not realizing I should take a number at the fabric counter on my first visit at the store. I heard her.
Not a good look. I will leave if she is the only person at the table

I would like to specifically review an employee working the fabric section, her name is Anne. Anne on more than one occasion has been extremely disrespectful and condescending to various customers, myself included. She was specifically rude to me for taking a few extra seconds to determine how much fabric I needed. Anne also very clearly talks bad about her management and coworkers within a foot of customers, as I got to hear about how much she disagrees with how her manager chooses makes the schedule while she cut my fabric. She makes the environment judgemental and generally unwelcoming, especially for a beginner crafter.

Every time I come to to this store, the management gets worse and worse. Pushing customers to just order on Amazon. Finally decided to order through store pick up but was told I still have to wait in the 30 minute line to pick up my order. What’s the point in placing an order online? Then I finally got my order, just to be informed they didn’t have one of my items. The manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. This staff is clueless and rude.

This is my first and last time ever coming here. The white cashier with glasses had a weird attitude and I’m not sure why? Poor customer service. This store is also very quiet. I’ll stick to hobby lobby next time!

Good selection. Quiet atmosphere. Service may not be what it once was. Have called repeatedly and always been placed on hold, but never got through to anyone. Nor was the hold picked up.

A store with a large amount of elderly clientele should have more than one scooter for the handicap. My grandmother loves your store, but going there is extremely difficult when the one scooter is not available

Cheryl at the cutting table is rude. When I asked her if she thought one of the bolts of fabric had two yards left on it, she replied, "I'm not a mind reader." Other unnecessary unpleasant comments as well. I never understand why the fabric cutters can't be nicer.
