If they better communicate how long it'll take and instead of saying "COME PICK UP THE VEHICLE IF YOU WANT" Instead of giving me the run around. I know im not the only one your guys are working on. You dont have to keep repeating that to me. I hate KEVINS but this guy doesnt know how to communicate properly. So I'll be a KE VIN and make this complain. Last time I'll bring my car here. Think about bringing your car here.

Took my car in because I had heard some slight squeals a few times when braking. Jason checked it and told me everything was fine, no charge to me. He could have lied and said I needed a brake job, I would have been none the wiser but he didn't. It's good to know there are still businesses that have integrity. Highly recommend K&E to everyone.

My car, quite literally, died pulling into this driveway. The man who was at the front desk at the time was so nice and quick to help. He jumped my car off and moved it out of the way asap. I was blocking people from even getting in. He then proceeded to find the issue and had it repaired before the end of the day without me having an appointment or anything. I am very thankful my car decided to give out at this repair shop!

I got into a car accident after a truck with no insurance hit me 2 months ago and my insurance company provides uninsured motorists, and told me to take my car to the closest shop to me, so I took my car to k&e on eldorado in Webster. The insurance was taking a while to come up with and estimate for the damages so while my car was sitting on their lot, they failed to mention this to me, but they were taking a $35 daily storage fee from my insurance. After a month I decided to call up and ask if I could check on the car. He THEN decided to tell me that my back seat drivers side window had been shattered and it took ME to call him to find out!!! They have no cameras outside of their facility so there was no proof of what actually happened. When I got there, the mechanic of the shop made me wait for him to finish his quesadilla before coming to discuss with me about why my car window was mysteriously broken, even though I let him know I was on my way immediately and that I lived right down the street, so I patiently waited and when he was ready to come talk to me he tried saying that the reason why my window broke was from the weather. He then showed me my car, which he DROVE THROUGH ALL OF THE BROKEN GLASS TO MOVE IT INTO THE GARAGE!!! And you could clearly tell someone had broken into it, and guess who had to pay for it all? An 18 year old girl who’s struggling to so much as survive in these crazy times even though it wasn’t anywhere near my fault. My insurance company heard of what happened and picked up the car and took it to a wayyyyy better shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
