I came in to use my store credit from an extended warranty that I didn't use, I had the honor of working with Clark, who helped me, I explained off the bat that I just wanted to purchase the rechargable battery packs for my electric recliners. He took me straight to them, double checked the price, and was able to find a twin pack to save a little money. When he informed me I would still have some credit left, he assisted me with looking at pillows and throws before my mother found some clearance items nick nacks that were perfect for the remaining balance! Thank you again Clark for your assistance and persistence with helping me with the task at hand and not trying to upsell me but instead working to help me get the best price!

We already owned a matching reclining living set from here for 15 years still in use. We wanted to purchase a new reclining living room set in another room.
I am extremely disappointed in this location and its staff. Every salesman in here was lounging somewhere on a sofa or recliner with their feet up in this store. One sales guy was literally on a chair asleep, sound asleep. The sofa set we wanted to try out was where several sales guys were relaxing and we couldn’t demo it. The only saleswoman in the store was the only one that bothered to help us and to just about every question we asked her answer was I don’t know if have to look it up or she’d have to run a quote.
Limited showroom selections. We saw several named styles online that they did not have in the showroom to even see or sit on.

I would leave negative stars if that were possible. The people at he store were nice, but they do not tell you about all the fine print for after you buy this junk.
Do NOT buy La-Z-boy! They are not worth it and there is zero Customer Service!!!
We spent almost $5000 on 2 recliners and waited 5 weeks for it to arrive. One was delivered with the back broken, but we could not tell till after they left and my wife leaned back with it reclined. The side of the frame of the chair was not even connected. I called Customer Service which is almost a joke to say. They never answer the phone and you have to leave a voicemail and hope they call back.
It took 2 calls and over a week to get a response to set up someone to come look at it the next week. Then when the parts come in to repair it they called and I was on a work call and they left a voicemail, so I call back and leave a message. Then nothing, I called 2 more times to leave messages. then finallly get a call to schedule them to come fix it and that will be 2 more weeks for the repair to happen.
I told the person who called and they said we are fixing it and we will be there in 2 weeks. No care or any kind of service.
The second chair we bought has now started making all kinds noises like the frame is not screwed together tightly.
I will be calling them tomorrow to figure out what my path is to return these expensive crappy chairs.

I purchased 2 chairs from La-z-Boy and isn't it ironic, the name of the store is Lazy Boy, because the repair person I got was just that! First of all, both chairs have given me issues. But the one I'm most concerned about is the one the electric recliner that the repair man came to fix that was making a very noticeable noise. He said he could find nothing wrong with it and I just found out that he documented he oiled the chair, which was not true, He never turned the chair in any direction that would allow him to oil underneath the chair. But what he did do was shook my chair more than once. I did ask him about that and he said it could have been tight. This is a chair that does get used but about 4 to 5 times a month at best. Now when I sit in it, it shifts back and when I use the electric recline it sounds like it's falling apart. You would think with those issues, I am a big person, but that is definitely not the case. Next the repair person did not tell me about the repair warranty of which he did not repair anything, what he did was broke it. And if I had been an untruthful person I could have called it in as a new issue. But Lazy Boy would not do anything to help me but want to charge me $200 for pick up and delivery and $175 per hour to fix it. I even tried to report the person that damage my chairs and they said they could not take my complaint. I could not believe that! Why wouldn't they want to advise their employee that this was reported. At least they would be aware to not try that again.
I would strongly suggest that before you purchase anything from Lazy Boy, think twice about it. Everything that I have purchased from them I have had to call back with issues. It seems they charge quality prices but that's not what you get. I would not invest my money with them anymore, those 2 chairs were custom made and they aren't worth anything, but cost me over $5300.
Please don't waist your money with them!

Don't waste your money on La-Z-Boy. They used to be one of the highest quality pieces of furniture that you can buy, they are not that any longer, by a long shot. When you have issues and you call in about those issues, you are told, things like "nobody is going to have that or do that..." Well then why did I spend over $3,000 per sofa to purchase from YOU if you are no better than random furniture store? Purchased 2 sofa's, about a year later wanted to add a love seat, nope they discontinued that fabic that you spent money on a 5 year warranty to cover said fabric. So not only can you not get another piece of furniture to match, but the warranty you purchased isn't work the paper that it was written on. In addition, I've had both of these new pieces have issues just in the first year. Don't waste your money and don't think that because you are paying more that you are getting any better quality or service, it's a joke.

Clark Sybesma is an outstanding employee. I went in the store with a list of my wants. He was so patient, knew his products, tried really hard to find the exact recliner I wanted and tried to meet my needs as to swivel, rocker, size, and fabric. Kudos to Clark.

We have brought many La-z-Boy chair and sofas over many years. Most were good and we past them down to our children or our granddaughter. Several of them are still in use. HOWEVER, about 3-4 years ago we bought two new recliners. I chose a fabric covered recliner with heat and massage. The heat no longer works. My husband's expensive leather recliner has basically fallen apart. The leather has ripped near the headrest....we have no animals. And springs and cushioning has not held up. We are going shopping today for a new recliner today for him and we will not be stopping and shopping at the LA-Z-BOY store near us.
