Delivery and set up were good. Would give zero stars though if possible. I always wanted a lazboy. Finally was able to afford one. Paid over $1700. Less than a year later, the chair was making awful noises. Called the local store(Bloomington IL). They couldn’t help me because I bought it in Texas. Called the Texas store. They couldn’t help me because the warranty is only good there. I paid extra for the extended warranty. Lazboy advertises there lifetime guarantee all over the place. LIES!!! They refuse to back up their product. Will never buy another one. Over priced POS.

If they had zero stars, I would give that. La-Z-Boy basically hijacked my money. They say the product (replacement part) would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. They can't tell me if it'll be a week or 5 years but they won't refund my money. I see others on here with the same issue. It is not the local store it is the company. My mom needed the lift chair to get up and down and now they are holding my money. Very very sad state of affairs. La-Z-Boy used to be a brand you could trust. You'd think when you pay asmuch as their products costs, you'd get at least some satisfaction. La-Z-Boy, you should be ashamed of yourself. Holding money of seniors on a fixed income. Maybe you think if you make us wait long enough she'll die and you can keep the money. I'm thinking of going to one of the news stations next that handle consumer rip-offs. If you can't produce the part, return the money or send a replacement chair. I won't be giving you any more money. But I will post about your shady business practices everywhere I can think of to protect others from you!

Melody was an awesome, no pressure, sales person. The micro fiber furniture was nice but I went with the leather. Pricey but Lazy Boy is the best. Learned a few cost savings tricks from Melody. My new set arrived tomorrow!

Had a great visit with store manager, Clark. Super impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent with me to have the recliner of my dreams. Gallery Furniture sold me a recliner that have had people out to repair it over 10 times in two years. My recliner with Lazy Boy is being made, but happy to wait for Exactly what I want. Thank you Clark!

I received a recliner 2 weeks ago and already the cushions are getting soft. I called customer service and they said because I didn't order extra padding (which the salesmen didn't mention) it was not covered under warranty. The chair I got was not on sale and cost over $1300.00. I got a new one because of back problems. This is not acceptable.

Worse customer service . No return calls. Furniture falls apart after 8 months. Robin in Dallas TX no help. Take your money at Friendswood store and your done. Go to Star Furniture

We bought a couch from this place and once they had our money up front the experience became an absolutely miserable nightmare. They delayed delayed delayed the couch for over half a year. The original salesman lied about the delivery time and when we talked to the manager he said the last manager was fired - I guess for lying to people on purpose. When they finally delivered it they scratched the hell out of our floors. The couch doesn’t even feel the same as the model we bought. Worst big purchase I’ve ever made. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. The customer service sucked throughout the process too. There’s a lot of other furniture options around, try another place.

Still no response from Webster store or from Dallas to repair our recliner . Warranty horrible. Still waiting on Robin to call for repairs.
