We purchased a husqavarna weed eater last month hoping it would be a great investment. After the second use it broke. Due to a move and then the hurricane we missed the 30-day return window by 10 days.
When the associate couldn’t help us she called the manager, laughing at the request. When the manager showed up we got the same line to call the manufacturer and get a number that will authorize the return. With over 19 years retail experience and management we are aware that this is a quick write of customers and poor customer service.
Manager codes can be used to help customers in special situations. We had hoped that they would be empathetic and help us, but just quickly dismissed and wrote us off. It’s sad that in this time of stress that the management at this location would treat employees so dismissively!
