I came in the store approx a month ago to purchase new appliances. I picked out everything I wanted and paid $35 for the detail to come out and measure. After the detail I went into the store multiple times over a 2 week period asking if we can move forward with my appliance purchase. Each time I went in I was given the run around that they only had part of the info needed. Each time I called the store I was put on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes and still no one would answer. I went into to store one final time and was told they would call me with the details so I could schedule appointment and pay for appliances. I waited an additional 2 weeks to know phone call. It’s very obvious you didn’t want my $7000 in appliance business so I went to Best Buy and purchased everything from them which was installed the same week. I even purchased another $3500 for a washer and dryer set. All in all you missed $10,000 in appliances because it seemed you had no interest in my business. I will be happy to provide you my Best Buy receipt as well to show you what you missed out on. Never will I refer anyone to this store for anything.

Bought a new Fridge Saturday, a great sales point was that it would be delivered the next day. Well here it is 7:45 the night after and no fridge. Called the store and finally somebody picked up but they could not tell us where the delivery is, but gave us another number to call. Called the new number and we were told that if it is not delivered we had to call back to reschedule a delivery for Tuesday! I would think if you promised a delivery somebody would call/text/email something to let us know it was not going to be delivered, AND you would reschedule it for the next day. Poor communication and poor customer service.

I still can't get a refund on an installation I never used although they ( the installation party) closed out order as completed.I've git the run around around every corner with lowes, lowes asow as you can go store!Beware of online orders, good luck getting a refund.

The app said that they had 6 items in stock, but when I arrived 20mins later, they were all gone. Not really surprising, but just keep in mind that if the app or website says low stock, they likely won't have what you're after. I was able to find some other materials to fit my needs though.

Waited outside for curbside for 25 minutes and never got my items after they texted saying they were ready and I signed in with the app as instructed.

The store is always clean, lumber is normally pretty good. Staff is helpful when you can find one which is hard on the weekends, it's like they try to like they are too busy to help. Eric in the tool department is very knowledgeable and was very helpful answering all of my questions.
