The whole experience felt a little shady, but I really needed a new phone and plan. After I left the store, I went to a different location and found out the first store had overcharged. They had also added services to my plan I didn't ask for. I was extremely upset, but luckily the second store was much more helpful.

The only bad thing I don't like about metro by T mobiles
It's just that when you want to change to another device they tell you that you have to buy a new Simcar when you already have yours, I don't like that.

Do not buy accessories if you are not sure if you are going to keep them, because they are not going to refund you in case you change your mind, scammers, thieves, and super expensive accessories.Do not buy accessories if you're not sure if you'll keep it cause what they'll tell you is that they're not refundable, such as scammers, thieves. Bad service, Bad company, this is the first phone company that “their accessories policy is not refundable” yeah, right.

My friend walked in and asked for a prepaid plan. The manager then proceeded to activate a sim card on his behalf, signing him up for the most expensive plan without asking his opinion.This place has a scam artist for a manager.
