Back in the day customer service in the store was fantastic. If you needed your files transferred from a damaged or dead phone, they would do it.NOT NOW! I was told by 3 stores that they did not do anything like that anymore. One of them told me to actually go to YouTube and Google how to do it myself. Absolutely no words!As long as you pay them for the monthly usage of your device, then you are nothing but another account number to them.

Customer service sent me into the store for assistance, upon arrival and discussing issue they inform me customer service can only help me. Called them back and again I need to go to a store. Standing right there with rep in phone and guy in store, neither are wanting to help me.

The young manager is a very honest and truthful person especially when it comes to money, he will only help you and never take advantage of you and i recommend everyone to come to this Metro store.
