$70 to just tell me I need a battery. Would not let me use military discount either. That was robbery and disgusting. Quoted me for +$380 without even knowing the real reason what was wrong with my car. I paid $70 for an incorrect diagnostic. Just go to Firestone.
Went to Firestone and they were able to do a proper diagnostic and found out it wasn’t the battery. Firestone fixed the issue for $120 (labor and diagnostic).

The guys were very friendly and nice. I had exceptional service, didn't pay too much for my fix and also was done in 30 minutes. Very happy that I got my car fixed from there.

This place is a rip off and one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had. Spent $2k on a few parts that were replaced but the issue was never fixed. Did they even need to be replaced? Took my truck into Brocks this morning for a separate issue and they fixed it for free in 10 minutes. After coming here, I discovered that they swapped out my drain plug for a mercedes benz drain plug and my oil had been leaking. They overfilled my oil by ~3 quarts. I will never return to this shop and recommend that everyone considering here goes to Brocks on the other side of 45
