This location has a great selection of shoes. However the manager with the blonde bob was rude. I inquired about a pair of shoes that was the last pair on the shelf but slightly damaged. She was very dismissive & addressing the next client while I was still talking to her. Very off-putting behavior from someone who's supposed to be in leadership.

I came here two weekends in a row & the A/C is not working well. It's not too bad if you're just browsing but if you want to try anything on, the dressing room is especially hot. It's pretty much unbearable to try clothes on in. I thought it was out last weekend & came back thinking it would be better this weekend (July 2025)...it's not!
Otherwise i love this store.

This store is usually fantastic—I shop here often and have always had a great experience. However, for the past couple of weeks, the air conditioning hasn’t been working, and both customers and staff are clearly suffering because of it.
I genuinely feel for the employees—they’re visibly sweating and understandably irritated from working in such uncomfortable conditions. As a customer, I’ve even started going out of my way to visit other locations, simply because it’s been too hot to shop here comfortably.
I truly appreciate this store and its amazing staff, but this issue needs to be addressed as soon as possible

I came here looking for a dress shirt. I never found what I was looking for because the place was so hot inside. I'm not sure if their AC was broken or what but I couldn't stand being there another minute. I really feel bad for the employees because they have to stay and work in that heat.

I had such a great experience at this location thanks to one of the cashiers, Jules. They were incredibly sweet, attentive, and had such a calm, positive energy that made checkout feel like a real human interaction and not just a transaction. You can tell they genuinely care about people and take pride in their work. Whoever hired them made a great choice!
