I went today to old navy I had seen the jeans wear in sale from 24.99 to around $5-$6 but the website said all sold out I even changed stores and still all sold out. I just happened to be in the area went to check if they had my kids sizes and they had plenty I was able to get my kids 5 pairs each, however they did not ring up to $5-$6 as claimed they rang up to $12.49. And some shirts on the website said $2 they rang up to $5.
Stop promoting sales online then claiming to be sold out or almost sold out so we must hurry on the sale but in reality store has plenty then ring up to something completely different at the register. And no it did not say online sale only or with old navy card only so that was out of the question. I shop many places that make it clear if the sale is online or with card members only. No where in the website did it say that.
If I would have been able to do a simple store pick up I do believe I would have gotten it cheaper per the prince on the webpage, but no everywhere it claimed sold out and that was definitely not the case old baby cause I sure bought the and seen many of the sizes my family needed and the locations that claimed to be sold out.

Have to give kudos for the team for clearing up what appeared a daunting checkout line very quickly by calling up more staff to the registers. Bravo! Turned my stress into relief :) They were very pleasant employees, as well.
