Beware, they charge you $28 regardless if you show up or not. I have been sick so I needed to reschedule and they acted like it was such an inconvenience to have to reschedule me in the first place. Predatory and fraudulent company

The best Orangetheory I’ve been to and I have been to a lot (Just in the last 6 weeks I’ve been to 10 different studios)Out of all the orange theories I’ve been to though, this one’s atmosphere beats all! I was immediately greeted when I walked up and even the front desk staff were efficient and nice! Daniel is one of the most engaging coaches I’ve had; you can tell he genuinely loves what he does! The studio is kept clean and I love that their lockers have locks and a water station - which not all studios have. Plenty of parking too! I love that there are people of all fitness types, no one’s judging/competition and everyone is all there to workout and have fun! I feel like this is a studio that promotes friendships between trainers and trainees as I overheard a lot of “nice seeing you again!”I would 100% recommend this studio!A lot of the negative reviews are about the late policies, which at first I can understand are annoying, but after doing more than 200 OTF classes it’s easy to see why they have those policies in place. The first 5 minutes of each class are warm up and instruction and if you miss that it would be very hard to understand what everyone is doing, unfortunately. My advice would be: get there a few minutes early, bring a water bottle, and do your best!

I was there visiting from out of town, and they did a really exceptional job making me feel at home in the studio. Very efficient check in. Friendly staff. And even a reserved locker for me. Will definitely visit again when I’m back in the Houston area.

Trap!! Don’t sign up for the free class! It’s not free! You will be charged $28 dollars if you don’t join the membership! Or come too late or not show! It’s in the “fine print “ which I didn’t find!Super Sophie!! Thank you for the hands up when making appointments for the “free” class!

I would recommend to anyone at any age to get their bodies toned and back in shape. The coaches are fabulous and where the workouts are challenging, they are doable for all!

Horrible customer service!! I signed up online for the free class. Signed all the paperwork online etc. The confirmation email said class 8:30 arrival 8:00. GPS arrival was 7:57 by the time I parked and walked in maybe 8:01-8:02. As soon as I walk in the guy at the counter is now telling me how they tried calling me at 7:30 (no missed calles or voicemails) and that I had to be there 30 min early and how now we don’t have time to go through the process. At this point I’m confused and ask if I was supposed to be there at 7:30. He says no 8. I look at my phone and the time is now 8:06 mind you this person has been ranting for about 5 min. He tells me that I can just pay $28 to join the class because he no longer has time to go though the process- whatever that is because I already filled out the paperwork. But somehow he has time to charge me the $28. Sounds like a lazy person not wanting to do their job. I just walked out. What a ridiculous waste of my time!! If this is how they are with the initial meeting I can’t imagine what they would be like in the future if I would decide to join the gym!!!! AVOID!!!!

Beware of this trap. My wife had a friend who has been a longtime member that loves orange theory try to bring her to a “free” first class. Upon signing up for the free class she was contacted saying that the class is only free if you sign up for their membership. Else it is $28 for their drop in price. My wife was excited to try the class, and more than ready to sign up for membership if she enjoyed it. She ended up cancelling the $28 class because she felt like she was being scammed when the website said she would get a free class to try and even offers a money back guarantee. The front desk girl told her she had to pay $28 and would get it back if she joined. This company(or at least this location) really needs to work on sticking to what they advertise. The $28 lost is not worth losing a member. My wife had other friends that have tried the first free class at this location without paying $28 so there is definitely inconsistency. My wife’s friend offered to call the midtown location she usually goes to, to get her to try the class, but she is no longer interested.Be better orange theory.

Ive taken 500 OTF classes in studios from Miami to Denver, but the Webster TX studio is the only poor experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately since my husband is military and we were stationed in SE Texas, I have to drive an hour and a half from Beaumont Texas where we live, to make a class. When I finally find the time now and then, I book a session here, or at the studio in Pasadena. I can’t even begin to describe the difficult week I have faced & how much I needed a good workout in, to boost my mental & emotional health— I booked 2 back to back sessions at this studio & made the 90 minute drive out here from Beaumont this morning, (that’s far as hell). The first class I booked was at 10:45 and due to slight traffic on the way, I entered the lobby of the studio at exactly 10:50:6 that’s exactly 6 seconds AFTER the 5 minute cap limit…Literally 8 seconds. (That’s not an exaggeration). — I was asked my name, and immediately informed by one of three women at the desk that I would not be allowed into the class, due to being 6 seconds past the 5 minute cap. My exchange with the brunette was fine. I was very unhappy but remained cordial. I explained how far I had driven, that I booked two classes & I wish there were more consistency across studios because I would have never imagined I’d be turned away over 6 seconds under these circumstances . I asked that so please not be charged for the classes. Meanwhile, 2 of the women behind the counter- one of them with sort of red hair, had the audacity to smirk at me the entire time I was speaking with the main attendant. It was beyond rude. I almost mentioned it to her. I would never let my employees respond to a client in my situation with such a lack of care. She seemed genuinely glad that I would not be allowed into the class and made that very clear to me. The woman next to her was almost as cold. It was at that point - seeing the looks on their faces staring at me that I decided I would not like to return….A real shame because I was willing to accept the inconvenience and how wrong I felt it was altogether for them to eject me from class over 6 seconds considering the drive…I felt it was extremely unprofessional but I love OTF, I would have gotten over it & put a smile on. However, 2 of the women behind the counter - particularly this young red headed woman, genuinely made me feel hated. That was next level. & beyond what I have ever experienced from staff or a trainer at any studio. As I turned to go, I gently informed them I would not be returning to the studio. To which the same two women smirked at me and offered no verbal care or even the slightest demeanor of kindness regarding my difficulties, but sarcastically said “Have a good one”, as I left. Look, I have experience managing a team. I understand certain clients are going to raise issues or express disappointment here and there. But There’s a way to handle customers that sends a message of “hey, I know this situation or this policy we hold has really inconvenienced you and that sucks- I empathize with your situation. But this is the best we can do for you..” with a warmth. — Instead of “you can’t come into class. sorry but you were 6 seconds late. Policy is policy. we don’t really give a sh** that you now have wasted 3 hours of your day driving ..over a measly 6 seconds…here’s a smirk to let you know we actually find this humorous, so go have a good one.” There’s no reason why I should have left this studio feeling the way they made me feel. As f*%k up as I felt their 6 second decision was, I would have remained a returning guest. But I will never forget the twisted & honestly creepy smirks I was given throughout this entire exchange. Truly unbelievable. Immature attitudes like that damages OTFs amazing brand : / UPDATE : I purchasedan unlimited membership at the OTF in Pasadena, since I work in Seabrook 4 days/ week now & though Webster is closer to my work, I gladly drive further to Pasadena and I LOVE THEM. Can’t recommend the Pasedena otf enough!

The workouts are challenging but doable, plus you can tailor them to your specific needs. The coaches always offer modifications for the exercises based on your personal needs. The coaches are truly the best. They are so encouraging. The playlists are amazing!!!! The staff and members are hands down amazing. You truly feel like family. I’m close to my 1 yr mark and feel like I’ve known some of them forever!!!! In my opinion, there’s no place better than OTF Webster!!!!

For those who are visiting from a different home gym, beware because they will ask you for billing information since it doesn’t transfer from franchise to franchise. Also, I had my sister come with me and first class is supposed to be free HOWEVER, not if it’s the first class of the day. I had to pay $28 for my sister to come with me. They do leave voicemails about it so be attentive to those messages.I wouldn’t recommend coming here for the first class though because the instructor, Jodi, didn’t really teach my sister how to operate the equipment really, how the class is structured, key terms, or how the metrics worked. I had to ask her to explain that to her. They also forgot to give my sister a heart rate monitor even though we paid to borrow it. I had to remind them. This place is also really smelly and crowded. Been to several other studios and didn’t smell bad at all. We did not use the full 60 minutes. The class is only actually 51 minutes so kinda get cheated by nine minutes.

I’ve been coming since they opened on December of 2016. I absolutely love the one hour workouts. The coaches are amazing; they push you to new limits and allow you to workout at your own pace at the same time. It’s my favorite hour of the day.

I have been a member for almost 2 years and really enjoy coming to class. The studio offers a variety of class times to accommodate working schedules. I appreciate the 5 am class because it is really the only time I can go. The classes are highly structured and have a goal. The coaches are encouraging and will push you to do your best (I need that extra push). I like how they monitor the weight floor and make sure you are exercising with the weights correctly. The coaches are respectful to everyone's ability and willing to help you feel comfortable. My fellow members are focused/supportive. There is no one derailing the class (this helps me with my type A personality). Keep up the great work OTF Webster.
