Ther is a woman a( i believe her name is Audra??)who works the night shift who helped me when I went in the store looking for glue or some kind of adhesive(?) to fix the guard under my car as it was dragging .(massive road hump that's all I'll say... ?)my husband had to be at work(his new job) the following morning. Audra made a call and within 30 minutes her friend was there and he fixed my car. I will forever be grateful To Audra and Martin. It's not often I come across people who will go above and beyond to help a stranger unless beneficial in some way and I will forever be grateful for both of them. Whoever owns this store on bay area, should know they are fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers. I'd seriously consider promoting this woman and if make sure she is paid very well . Employees like her aren't heard of anymore. I appreciate youAudra. I'm not sure Martin works there, but I appreciate you sir. You are an angel

They offer to swap batteries but not that day. Boss said it was too hard with the heat that day for only my truck but others had no issues.

James was absolutely amazing. I will make a drive to this location just because of how great the service was ! Took the time and helped me find the correct parts for my mom’s car and my car. Then even went outside to check and help put it on. He really went above and beyond. Thank you!

Finally got to meet someone doesn’t know how to change a light bulb. I think it was more of I don’t want to do it. Last time James was great and changed it in 5 minutes. Typically expect great service at Oreilly . This guy could have done better!

Waited for someone to ring me up. An employee came out of the back staring at some paper work. Shuffled the papers and stapled them. And walked into the back. Never once looked up or acknowledged my presence. I walked out.

Went by here on last week and Audura and Jon went above and beyond to help me get my windshield wiper motor replaced. I drove to 3 other auto parts stores with no luck…. Great customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Great work!!!!!!

Aura needs a raise!
She was very professional and helpful.
I went in for a new battery, she was the one who carried the battery out & replace the old one. She also suggested getting the started and alternator diagnosed. The guy at the register who helped me check out made no suggestion what’s so ever.

Went to get hydrolic hose and they made me a new one it busted as soon as I turned on the Skidsteer. Dont go there for hydrolic hoses.I went down to League City Hydrolics and the fixed me right up and had me up in running again no issues.
