I was looking for common windshield washer tubing and fittings. They had none. Several empty pegs and misplaced products noted during my search. This is not my first time at this branch that they didn't have what I needed. Yet I was able to get my needed items at another branch, further away, though.

Response to owner reply added to post. Original post - Cindy the store manager was supposed to give me a refund instead she charged my credit card. Now I'm out $122 and called corporate customer service and they agreed; have all the documentation in their customer service text logs. O'Reilly corporate instructed Cindy to refund the charge and then apply the refund. She never complied. I'll never shop at O'Reilly again, this happened at the Bay Area Blvd store, beware shoppers.Below is the follow up response from the owner - I have reached out to O'Reilly customer support using their text function on September 29, 2023 at 3:51 PM; after talking with multiple departments the treasury department said they called the store and talked with Cindy who would correct the charge and refund the same amount. The exact text is "She was instructed to process two refunds to you." This never happened.I called Cindy on Saturday November 25 and she said she does not work at that O'Reilly she moved to Scarsdale. This is why I posted this feedback at both locations.This entire matter has been documented in a 5-page word document including all the downloaded text messages. How about the new store manager refund my money, I can bring by the proof?Not sure the point of contacting corporate again? Given I've tried to resolve in numerous ways with them which is what produced the documentation.So you want me to reach out again to try and solve the matter, why not just refund the money?

Extremely helpful staff, I came in to get my headlight bulb changed and I was accommodated in the most friendliest and they didn’t ask for any compensation for changing my bulbs! Other auto parts store employees refuse to even leave the store to help, but not this one!

The parts counter guy had the same vehicle as I also had same problems as my car too. He knew what I needed without looking on the computer my husband put parts on no problem he said go to him always, he's are parts guy now

The energy in this store is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I am from out of town, but if I lived in the area, I would make sure to go back to this store every time! A shout out to James for assisting me today. Really appreciate you! I would highly recommend this O’Reillys. 10 out of 10.

Becky (Webster) with the nails is AWESOME! She is constantly and always smiling and willing to help. I'm not a mechanically inclined human, but she makes me feel comfortable even when I'm probably the laugh of the day.I work on the OE side of the parts industry.Treat her right, or I'll recruit her myself. There's a handful of high volume dealers in the Houston Market that would be lucky to have her.

We went in after breaking down on the freeway. Becky waited on us and was amazing! She had the parts waiting when we arrived and helped with other things. She was fast and efficient and knew exywhat we needed!!!

Staff is always friendly and cordial at this location. Don't go to the Seabrook location. It's a totally horrible store! They only like locals, not any other people coming to this location. Sounds crazy but true.

Patrick and Becky offered great customer service. With the rain coming and going as it does, I needed new wipers before going out of town. They made my trip to the auto parts store easy. Was able to purchase my wipers, got them installed and on my way I went. Top notch service for sure

Helpful! Always helpful.The staff go out of their way to help you out. Even one of their regular customers (Schooley's Auto Servicing) pitched in to help.I go into this store because I know I can count on them to be courteous and helpful. Nuff said.
