Item on sales floor had a sale sign for a certain price when ready to pay it was another...they said sale had ended but sign was still out on display.... should have honored since display sale price was still being displayed

I stood at the counter waiting for assistance with balloons and no one greeted me nor acknowledged my presence. I waited and waited until I decided that this Party City wouldn't be getting my hard earned money. It baffles me, not SURPRISES, but baffles me that people work in customer service related jobs and lacks the competence to serve. I won't be back!!!!

Every time I come to this location I always have a good experience. Cashiers are so attentive even when dealing with 10 things at once! The managers are so nice and make sure things are running smoothly. Special shoutout to Danielle a manager there who helps me put together decorations for whatever event I have going on that month!!
Only issue I have is I wish there were more trendy Pinterest worthy things but after looking at some of their summer merchandise I thinks that’s changing soon! Summer is so cute

Terrible customer service rude and unattentive. Curbside pick up is a waste of time. Employees will see there’s a line of people waiting and will simply stare at the customer and laugh and proceed to do a job that only requires one person. God help the customer complains about there only being one person employees will take that as an insult.

If you decide to work here be prepared for crazy self entitled customers…Roaches periodically coming out from the backside where the ballon’s are kept absolutely disgusting!Crappy schedules you might only work 10 hours one week and 31 the next …Coworkers who will just sit there when they clearly see you need help with a line developing on register….

This place has gone downhill. Their is not as much product and variety as their once was. I love to look at items before I buy them, unfortunately I have been purchasing online more & more as the availability of products is just not there.

Need more workers.. and that actually act like theyre there to work, so slow and weren't too excited to get to you. Dont expect a smile or any help finding anything.

If it was possible it would be ZERO stars. Horrible experience. Placed a curbside order for pick up waiting 30 minutes after was told my order was ready. Had to go inside and ask and was told that it was my fault the order was not delivered (how can that be I don't work there?) Manager dressed as Napoleon Dynomite was unprofessional and was apparently was impossible to find since I was not the only one who was waiting to speak with him. I get it is almost Halloween but for it not to be busy at all this is horrible service and unprofessional leadership.
