This was my first time going to Petland. I felt in love with a puppy I was ready to get her when they gave me this list of vitamins and nutrients and the EXCESSIVE PRICE of $7,900 ? Which make so many families impossible to bring home this precious ones.
I hope the owners of Petland have more compassion and not see the sale of this puppies as a business. Please help these babies have a real home. As a professional I will affirm that giving a puppy too many nutrients, particularly calcium, protein, or certain vitamins in excess, can be harmful/toxic as it can lead to abnormal skeletal development, obesity, and other health issues, especially in large breed puppies where rapid growth needs to be carefully managed; always consult your own veterinarian not theirs to ensure your puppy is getting the right balance of nutrients for their specific needs.

I was given a price and once I agreed to take the dog home. We applied for the financing and were approved. After we were excited they told they had bad news for me. That the price had changed and it increase by $1200 making impossible for me to buy the dog. That’s a terrible thing to do a customer. It could have been handled differently by not agreeing to a price to begin with unless it was the price they would honor. I now have to tell my kids no dog for now. This practice should be illegal and they should be fined for such practices. This will not go unnoticed and it will be brought to an attorney for false price and tricking people emotionally.

Outrageously priced and unethical puppy mill with extremely pushy teen sellers, reminiscent of used car salesmen in older movies. Also I’m sure they’ll respond with the fact their puppies are USDA sponsored, but that just means that their breeding dogs and puppies require the bare minimum to survive. Many others have pointed out the dogs here are typically much sicker than normal dogs and that’s due to the inbreeding and conditions they’re held in. Overall, you’re much better off adopting and stopping puppy mills from existing.

Usually they are pretty good at having enough supplies of dog food but recently have failed with this otherwise the service has been and is excellent.

We visited and played with Willow a beautiful YorkiePoo mixed. Very mellow but playful once she warms up. David who was so kind helped us out. Unfortunately we left without her as I wasn’t prepared for the cost but felt very well educated to return and try again in a few moments.

If you have at least $5,000 or MORE to spend on a dog, this place is for you! I got a quote for 1 puppy and was told it was $7,400! No thanks!!

Horrible experience. I bought what I thought was a second gen golden doodle he ended up having a third breed in him get your dog a DNA test if you bought it from this location or any of their locations, when I took him to the vet for the first time he came with parasites in him due to eating his own poop they do not take care of the dogs here Petcare solutions is a scam they don’t answer their phone and the email doesn’t work the dogs DO NOT HAVE LIFETIME WARRANTY that is a lie my dog has had several health problems since we got him I do not recommend this place they’re professional scammers. This whole company should get shut down due to the neglect against the puppies and the lies they tell you DO NOT BUY FROM PETLAND.

Please do not buy any puppies from here. We got sold a sick puppy. Since the first 3 days our vet nightmare started. In his first year with us we have spent over $10,000 in vet bills. I have emailed over and over again ever since we bought him and we have NEVER received a reply. For the dog to have been $6,000 you would expect them to at least reply. I made the mistake to finance him, so now he will cost me $9,000. That was MY mistake for accepting of course. I was vulnerable to their lies. They also say you get to take free items, and it’s a lie, we were charged for everything. Please stay away from here. I am never the type to leave bad reviews anywhere. I always stay quiet if I don’t have anything good to say, but I’m in disbelief how they are so careless. In this already bad economy you choose to spend your money somewhere and this is the type of treatment you get. Plus you have to deal with the sickness of your puppy forever. Please please if you’re reading this trust my word. Research everything first.
My dog also has behavioral issues, completely destroyed my home in the first months with us. We tried everything and although he is one year old now, he is still super bad and unhealthy. He is a golden retriever. ? Also, the clinics they asked us to take him to have been shut down out of nowhere so nobody can get me his first files which was a huge problem when going to his vets.
