Purchased a few items from here a couple years ago. Solid marble coffee table on cherry legs, and a walnut credenza. Even a set of porcelain dinner ware. Utensils too.Today, I found two floating shelves. One came with zero hardware, but it was also 90% off. You get what your pay for in my opinion. Customer service isn’t as bad as these other people are saying. Emma was fantastic in helping me look for said shelves for close to an hour.Better prices now that they’re closing down. Good quality luxury items at a semi affordable price if you’re willing to pay. Kinda sad to see them go.

LOUD, Rude manager that is verbally abusive to employees , dirty store, chipped, scratched products with legs glued back on, no refunds, my light didn’t include all of the hardware(somehow this is my problem) . Just a tip it’s cheaper to buy from the actual pottery barn online. Don’t waste your time :) hope this helps.

Lots of merchandise. Just about everything is marked off 40% from listed price...but too high for me. Good luck searching for that illusive item.

Went in yesterday evening looking for a coffee table and a rug. Found a coffee table that had some chips on it and decided to purchase anyway because they weren't too visible and we really liked the table. The salesperson was very pushy that we purchase the matching side table even though we told her our apartment was far too small for such a large side table. The rug section was atrocious, there was no way we could sort through the rugs. So we purchased the table and asked if we could pick it up the next day. They said yes and that I'd be asked for my ID when I picked up. Around 1:30 today we come to pick up the table. At this point they had it wrapped in plastic so no way for us to see the table's condition before we leave. I wasn't asked for my ID so anybody could've picked up my purchase. Anyway, as we're about to take the table down at home, my husband realizes there's a very long visible crack on the table. I call the store trying to find out what happened and am told I probably missed the crack when I know I didn't. I wasn't trying to return the table simply asking for someone to have some accountability and for them to be more careful. I'm told "sorry IF that happened to you, I'll pass this along to the team". I'd definitely recommend taking your item with you the day you purchase and beware of pushy salespeople.

it used to be very good store where you could find 50% discounted items, now it’s mostly 40% and they don’t honor military discount. so you end up paying same price if you ordered then on pottery barn website during sale, i just bought some kids plates that were on sale but actual sale on pottery barn kids website was $15 less. what a rip off

If you can find something your looking for it's fab! Further discounts than marked price even. And they have tons of stuff -soooo many rugs! Inventory of course fluctuates.

This is a great Outlet store for Pottery Barn finds!! I’m so glad I checked here first before buying from their regular website. All furniture and things is 40-50% off. They have kid furniture, and a great selection of their pottery barn backpacks. It’s the only outlet in the Houston area but worth the drive if you don’t live in the Clear Lake Area. The best part of the store was how nice the employees were!! They were so helpful and accommodating and they let me know how often they get shipments in. If you’re looking for a specific color of something just wait… they will most likely get it in soon. Thanks Pottery Barn Outlet!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Store posted something on their instagram and after driving over an hour they would not honor the price even after showing a screenshot. I love Pottery Barn but this store has the absolute worst service. Will be driving to San Marcos Store from now on, they have better selection and better service.

I came here for the Labor Day sale and the items were marked at 50% off (employee said normally it’s 40%)of the original price including damaged items. Def. not standard outlet prices but , could be worth it for certain items.
