Rep was extremely rude to my wife today. 11/14/2023. never had this experience before, not sure if he was having a bad day but, no excuse for the unprofessional comment I overheard while she was speaking with him in the store.- Update: This issue was resolved almost immediately. Both the store manager and the regional director got involved, apologized for the experience and went way beyond what was necessary to repair the situation.

Ppg makes really good paints now in days, but the people in the front desk are very rude and unprofessional they really dont listen and stop you when talking to them.
