After years of what felt like constant issues dealing with the big chain pharmacies, I was fortunate enough to have Professional Building Pharmacy recommended to me by a doctor. That was 10 years ago and I’ve been with them since.With PBP I’ve never had to worry about them dropping the ball. I can’t think of a single instance in the last 10 years where I’ve had a prescription delayed due to anything that was under their control. Just an incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and judgement free staff. Sure there have been times I wish they had longer hours on weekends, but I’ll happily deal with that for the outstanding service and peace of mind they provide.

The staff at Professional Building is great! They are always professional, patient, caring, remember me every time I pick up, and can even pronounce my last name! They always have what I need in stock, and fill my prescriptions in a timely fashion. Their hours work with mine and they are even open on Saturdays.

I used to have so many issues with my prescription at other pharmacies... back order.... forget to call in to request my refill... Now, I never have to call for my refill, and when they were on back order, they used a different manufacturer to ensure the supply was there! I get a text telling me my prescription is ready, which keeps me on track.

This pharmacy reminds me of one you would see in a small town except they have the expertise of a large city. The only issue I have is how my specialty medication has been handled. My doctor’s office put in a refill request on March 31and when I had a treatment appointment, to my knowledge, it still hadn’t been received. I missed an entire week of treatments. I know the weather was supposed to be bad this week, but I was never told why it delivered so late. The only reason I knew it was delivered was because my doctor’s office called me. I try to be a very understanding person, so if I was informed that the delivery was late due to weather, there would be no issue. Part of me was wondering if they were avoiding my medication refill because I had to call them and ask. It made me feel as if I were inconveniencing them.

Great pharmacy. They are always friendly and professional: they know you when you arrive by facial recognition and always have your prescriptions ready. Cannot recommend them enough. They go above and beyond to help out when you need the extra help.

Fantastic pharmacy! It is leagues above the other big-box competition. They actually treat you like a valued customer vs. just a number in line. I find them easy to reach on the phone and easy to talk to when I have questions. One other thing - they always ask if I want an ice pack for one of my meds that requires refrigeration. It's little touches like that which keep people like me dedicated to this pharmacy!
