Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable of their products and were able to make recommendations off expected use. I was able to buy a new washer (quickly and painlessly) and have next day delivery with installation- the guys even moved the old one downstairs for me.

We finally found a great washer and dryer, the Speed Queen. We bought the black color with the dial controls, love love it. No regrets, highly recommend them. I’ve told several of our friends about them. Thank you for a wounderful product.

Best bang for your buck! Shopped around, comparing products and price. Only found inferior products for the same price given at Proven Products! Jimmy was great! Answered every question with a direct answer. Price quoted was the price I paid. Delivery team was professional, courteous and efficient. Couldn't be happier.

Zero stars if I could leave zero. Jimmy is a horrible reflection on your business. When a sales person tells you to basically take it or leave it then you are not doing your job as a sales person. Jimmy should be ashamed of treating customers horribly. If you are the owner Jimmy is costing you lots of miss opportunities to make more sales. I was going to purchase after I sent my family member in and after he was treated with zero respect and talked to so badly, I will drive an hour or two somewhere else than see or talk to Jimmy. Owner, I wish you the best at your business but don’t think you will make it much longer with this type of people representing you sir. Good luck !

David helped us pick out a laundry pair. He also helped us better understand a cooktop they sell that is in the home we just bought installed by prior owner. Overall he was very helpful and we love what we bought.

Our built in over the oven went out. Proven App seemed to have the best prices. Went to see there appliances. Jimmie was very helpful. We got one that matched the oven in color. They ordered it. Took a couple of weeks. When came in was told the date it woild be installed. They came, installed it in about 15 minutes including the edging that matched the oven. Couldn't be more pleased with the pricing and service. Will definitely use them in the future JBSIII

Response to the owner at bottom.TLDR: If you have any issues, file a credit dispute immediately and don't expect help from Proven Products.Buyer Beware! We purchased a new Speed Queen Washer and Dryer on 7/15, delivered 7/17. The washer broke on the very first load of clothes and it took 3 days to get a repair man out to open the machine and get our clothes out. The repair man also determined that on top of a latch issue needing replacement, there was buildup inside the machine causing other parts to also need replacement. When we contacted Proven Products about the issues they expressed concern but no solutions to selling us a bad machine. It has now been over two weeks without a working washing machine and we have no idea if/when the washer would ever be properly repaired. We should not be having these issues on a brand new machine. You might get lucky and purchase a product that doesn't have issues, but if you experience any issues whatsoever, don't expect a resolution from this company. We are now having to work through our credit card company to get our money back on the bad equipment sold to us.Update: Jimmy is very nice but he politely informed us that he works for the owner and if the owner wants to stick it to customers then that is what they do.Second Update: After disputing our transaction with the credit card company Jimmy quickly called to tell us the owner had suddenly authorized a replacement unit be sent to our house to replace the broken one. While I was skeptical, Jimmy assured us one would be delivered between 9:00-9:30am the next day. At 9:15 am the next morning Jimmy called to inform us that he would actually not be delivering a replacement unit unless we removed the credit card dispute. I told him I would happily remove the dispute once the unit was delivered/replaced but Jimmy and Proven Products refused. I'm not sure if they even had a second unit to offer or were just playing games to get me to cancel the credit dispute, but either way, they wasted my morning.Response to the Owner:Sadly the lies and misinformation in your response are exactly why I felt the need to write this review and warn others.First of all, I've never known anyone who has broken their washing machine in the manor you are suggesting. To try and misconstrue and blame customers for a faulty machine is exactly the type of shady tactics that other customers need to be warned about.Secondly, as stated above/previously, you never offered any service or replacement until we had filed the credit card dispute. After filing the dispute you called immediately and offered to have a replacement machine at our residence the next morning between 9:00-9:30 am. At approximately 9:15am when you were supposed to already be delivering the replacements, you instead called to inform us that you would only do so if the credit card dispute was removed. Given your previous reluctance to assist in any way, we informed you that we would happily wave the dispute and sign any releases needed when/as/after the replacement machines were delivered. You refused.Your final sentence about Speed Queen just reiterates my comments that customers should not expect any service or help from you. Once you've sold a machine you consider it gone and any warranty and/or issues will be delt with by the manufacturer and not yourself. In the modern day, I expect most customers expect some sort of remedy or solution to be offered by the seller and not to be pushed away/ignored.

A small appliance store. My wife and I just purchased a oven, microwave, cooktop, vent and a fridge. And you can get someone to talk to about appliances. Ask for David - he knows his stuff.

Cannot compete with delivery times of the big box stores. You have to literally harass the store to get a refund for your product that wasn’t delivered.
