Had a really bad experience, the space I took is 10'x15' about a year. Within the first few months, we notice rats poop all around and notified the management, but they didn't take it seriously, rats gutted everywhere and half of the items I had to dump, and the rest had to clean thoroughly to use. I would recommend this public storage unit be checked regular basis and cleaned. If someone is storing their stuff it should be as it is.

Absolutely Love This Place !!! A Storage Unit Is Just A Storage Unit. But The Customer Service Sets Public Storage On NASA Pkwy, Webster On The Top Of The List . " Lisa " Went Above And Beyond To Make Sure It Was A Pleasant Experience.She Even Programmed The Entry Code On My phone. That's Unheard-of. Highly Recommended., To Anyone !!! I Will Definitely Spread The Word.

A very convenient and nice storage facility and the manager, Lisa, is great! She genuinely cares about the property and especially cares about her Public Storage tenants and customers!
