Colin has been incredibly helpful in addressing my storage unit issue … we have experienced issues with the HVAC system and the monthly storage fee increase which Colin is addressing through application of a credit to my bill. I found the staff very helpful!!! Had an issue with website so I just came in. Staff helped me every bit of the way left very satisfied!! Help like that definitely shows how customer service should be!!! Don't plan on moving a lot... but if I do have to move again I will definitely keep this place in mind!!! Thank you again for all your help!

The site manager at 2930 is a great guy, helpful and courteous......but the online rep I spoke with quoted me a price for an ambient storage space when I specifically called out the need for controlled environment ( humidity concerns ).....so when I actually got to the office there was a price jump. Not cool.
