We were picking up multiple storages today and had trouble trying to get to Baytown in time before they closed. We got there at around 5:30 and were helped out tremendously by giving us till 9pm to pick it up! Thank yall so much!

Sarah, I did not forget and thank you so much!! I walked into the office a little past 5pm, in such a hurry from moving, not checking office hours. She came out a little surprised to see me, and me profusely apologizing if they were closed (they had), but she assured me no worries. Gave me all my items, took the time to show me the map & where I would be going, even walked out when I left to give me more info to help.I appreciate the kindness, especially when already stressed from moving. Thank you Sarah :)

Do NOT recommend 100%. Can’t get access with or without app without having to follow someone in. Called management with no answer after leaving several messages by phone. Absolutely horrible customer service!
