I went in to get TSH and T4 levels checked at Quest. A few days later I went to my doctor and the doctor asked why I took more test than requested. I said I didn't but then I checked my bank statement and they charged me $720 for test I didn't request. The test I requested is usually $70 to $72 so it was easy to over look when blurry vision is a symptom I have. When I tried contacting the billing department, I'm always put on hold until their system ends the call bringing me back to the main menu. That is when they actually answer the call, made way too many attempts. I guess once you get your results, it's final. I would think this violates anti-trust and unethical practice laws. I don't recommend doing business or being associated with this location.

My experience was good. I made the appointment online, went in, checked in through my phone, and was called back in 5 minutes. Juna was my phleb and she was friendly. I was in and out quickly!

Quest is one of 2 different labs that my insurance will cover and I am thrilled because I have never had a bad expeience at Quest. I am a difficult draw, as I have small veins that are deep, roll and blow very easily. Nine times out of ten, Quest technicians are able to get blood from me on the first try. On the very rare occasions that my veins decide to be uncooperative, the technition will get someone else to stick me and I have never been stuck more than 3 times. (Typically 2 times by the 1st tech and then once by the 2nd tech.). I love being able to access my history on the app and the website as well. It helps me keep track of my "problem" areas. Finally, making appointments and checking in with the app has never been easier, so thanks for that!

Horrible customer service today. Frazzled, mad, angry staff. Was there to drop off, staff knows that at sign in a drop off gets bumped forward. New staff needed at this location or have someone like Sonya there to oversee staff.

Incompetent staff. I was forced to repeat a rather unpleasant test because the lab tech didn't read the order closely enough and omitted one.

I love walking in, checking in, and being able to make an appointment even though I just dropped in. I came back at appointed time, and saw someone, most friendly, right away! You do it right! Thanks for respecting my time!

The Quest personnel are always so friendly and professional, and nobody can take blood samples with almost zero pain the way they can. They are the best.

My boyfriend went in there for a drug test for his new job and the nurse was just absolutely nasty to him. Telling him that he was going to fail, making fun of his signature, and not telling him when it was going to be available, that he needed to just go. Worst customer service EVER! Very disappointed.

Jonathan did soo amazing with our 1 year old. He made sure our son was comfortable and everything went by so fast and smooth. I will be using this Quest for our future testing.
