The "security" female kept checking for receipts and all the bags when she was literally 3 steps away from the cashier everyone was paying at. She was rude and told me to take everything out the cart as she was checking all bags, I'm pregnant and couldn't hold everything at once while she took her time checking everything.

Clean store, friendly staff, the clothes were in really good order as far as sizes, bras too, cater to plus size, lots of nice home decors, blankets, towels, brand name clothes and great prices!

Who ever is working the dressing room at this moment at 1:55 pm on June 22, needs a serious attitude adjustment and a retraining on how to treat customers because she apparently has forgot!! If she can’t do the job that she is paid to do, then obviously she needs to find one. And good luck with that because she can’t do the bare minimum now. This little girl needs a rude awakening. She was treating everyone around like straight trash to where I even heard another lady tell her to not take her bad day out on her!! No excuses. I won’t be back. I hope they watch their cameras and fix the problem.
Here is the employee handbook she obviously needs to read again. YOU handle the clothing the customer doesn’t want. Not I!!

Walked in with my four year old. Was immediately kicked out because my son had an icee. It was 92 degrees out. He had to use the restroom. I wasn’t even allowed to let him use the restroom until I put the icee in my vehicle. Literally had to run back out to the parking lot, drop off my son’s drinks, and then go back inside so he can use the restroom. I understand customers leave their trash in stores and that can be annoying but at the same time you will deter those with small children who literally can only get shopping done by having snacks and drinks available for our children. Will not be visiting this store again. Didn’t appreciate the condescending attitude from the loss prevention lady, “there’s a sign on the door!” Ok. Good luck retaining your customers like that Ross!

90+ degrees outside and we got kicked out of the store for our toddler having a drink “sippy cup” of water before we made it 10ft into the store. Last time I shop here.

Friday April 26,24. 3pm. Store was neat and clean. Associates were busy straightening the havoc customers left behind. Plenty of registers open. Found a couple of casual shirts for summer.
