Came here today and it’s supposed to be open. It’s ridiculous that a business state they are open and when you get there they are not. A sign in the door says they were closed yesterday for Easter, welp it’s Monday the 21st at 4pm and they are closed. Not great business practice

Ok, so as I read the reviews, I am sure that the management don't care about the bad reviews and don't bother to at least pretend that they care, because only good reviews get replied!!!!!
Normally I don't do bad reviews unless something is terribly wrong with the place. The only reason I am giving 1 star is for the other associate that I met in store last week, the one with the cover on her hair. She was nice and helpful. Today I went back becasue I had a problem with the hair color I bought and asked the girl why that didn't work on my hair. I've been buying the same brand for almost 2 years and suddenly on the last purchase the hair color stopped working and I didn't know what the reason is. First she tried to sell me the product for covering the grays, which I already purchased that, then she said I don't know how you did the process which it was same as before. I was asking because I thought she works there and probably knows more about hair colors than me. She did not have any knowledge about hair and hair color and was not helpful at all. We were 2 people, she said have a nice day to my friend but not me because I asked her question she didn't know the answer!!!!! Sally beauty needs to work on their customer service.

It happen again yesterday I went into Sally’s and the Sally’s employee with red hair was very rude, she was very racist towards me , she profiled me as a criminal in the store, I’m an elderly brown skin woman that looks Mexican , I have nerve damage in my hands and drop things and she was very rude asking me what I was doing , she does not treat white skin people like this , can you please stop being racist towards people that look indigenous and Mexican

The associate is rude , when you ask for assistance she said that I have to look for it, I asked her about a beuty item and she was very abrupt with her answer, I wouldn't recommend this store at all for the HORRIBLE customer service, although Sally's always has been one of my favorite stores.:(

Beautiful store , but as a brown skin elderly Hispanic woman I was treated like a criminal like I would steal, n my mother looks white and she can walk in this store and never been treated like I was

The employees don’t seem like they understand the sales they have going on. They also don’t seem to care very much about the customers. I asked for help with an item and was given an answer with no effort given to make sure the answer was correct. I won’t be back to this location.

I am very upset and dissatisfied with this store and thier worker i went in yesterday to get products for my daughters hair (we are dying it) (its dark) we got hair dye for dark colored hair, i asked him to help me with making sure thats all i needed, he added stuff to bleach thier hair saying thats what i needed and some hair repair masks , the product i got did not need for me to bleach thier hair so i just spent more , and that bleach was for thin hair my daughter has thick hair she was there with me, we asked 3 times to be sure and he kept saying bleach is needed. Today after doing it last might we go to sallys on 646 and they tell me he was wrong no needed to bleach , wrong type of bleach for thier hair ..... so to upsell you had me mess up my kids hair ..... smh do better im definetly going up there to speak to you about this issue what is i burned her hair off what then smh im so angry do you even train your staff on product knowledge?! Over 80 dollars nd today over 100 to fix smh i do not recommend this place find another

Felt very awkward in there the two women greeted us and were nice at first then it was weird when I said we were browsing. People are allowed to browse and think if they want to bleach my hair or not and look at sales but I don’t think they like it when people do that. my husband looked at the beard balm to see if it had any ingredients I was allergic to because I’m allergic to specific things in men’s items but I guess they don’t like it when people hang around a spot to read ingredients either, and then we went to the bleach area to look at and price bleach products for my hair and then the woman at the front just kept glaring and it just made me not wanna buy from them and just leave with out the items I needed but against my uncomfortable feelings I bought $40 of product but I don’t think I’ll be back to this one.

Went to this location today to get my daughter some hair dye and the worker was very overbearing wouldnt really give us a chance to even browse around just kind of forced us to buy two jars to dye and couldn't get us to check out fast enough. If I would have had time to browse we probably would have bought some other products but like I said it was very overbearing and we just felt forced and pushed right out of the store. I wish workers realized that sometimes people want to look around and not have someone breathing down their neck. It can be really uncomfortable. I won't return to this location

This is my favorite Sally’s!!! It’s well organized, always stocked, and every employee/manager i’ve interacted with has always been super helpful, friendly, and overall nice to talk to! my favvv <3
