I visited T-Mobile a couple of months ago to get a phone plan, and I’m still so happy with my decision that I had to come back and leave this review. Juan V was incredible throughout the entire process. I had done a lot of research beforehand, so I came in with a ton of questions, and he handled all of them effortlessly. You could tell he really knows what he’s doing. What made the experience stand out was how comfortable and easy Juan made everything. He was friendly, patient, and explained things in a way that made sense without any confusion or unnecessary steps. The whole process felt smooth, and it honestly turned out to be fun... something I never thought I’d say about setting up a phone plan. Two months later, I’m still thrilled with my plan and how it works for me. If you’re looking for someone who truly takes care of their customers and knows how to make things stress free, Juan is the man. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

A perfect score for Matt and T Mobile!
My wife and I came in and were assisted by Matt. To say the experience was positive would be an understatement. Matt patiently walked us through the process; making sure to get all info transferred from our old phones and also gave us an unbelievable deal on two new phones. Matt even assisted us with some technical questions which were outside the phone purchase which he did not have to do. Matt was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. I will recommend that all my friends and family visit Jason at the Baybrook location and urge you to do the same; you WILL NOT be disappointed. I also want to thank the main store manager, Jason, for running such an excellent T Mobile branch.

Jeremy was so helpful with setting up my son’s new 16 pro iPhone. Going there in the day is a less busy time. I highly recommend this store!
