Very nice property, very clean from lobby to the rooms. The staff is about as nice as any I have stayed in anywhere. Only down side was we needed to do a quick laundry before leaving Saturday and the machines were really needing some service. Otherwise it was a top notch bargain. Will return for sure!

For a home away from home, this is the place to stay. Personalized service, amenities including a very nice pool, a big workout area, pickle ball court and a great social hour Monday through Wednesday with food and drink. You really can’t ask for more. And on special days they do bingo for all the guests staying there with some nice prizes. Beth at the front desk is outstanding and always makes you feel warm and welcome and gets all your needs handled. Mariam and her crew have everything under control and we were able to move all of our crew over here.

The service was quick and so friendly. The rooms are big and really nicely decorated. They have everything you could need here. The location is perfect for going out to eat and I feel safe here. I have really enjoyed my time here.

Beth goes over and beyond is great she is very helpful and is a great person. Actually all the front desk is very helpful and polite. The kitchen crew is also very friendly and nice Juanita and all are very nice and helpful. I have been staying here for about 6 months and I always come back.

The hotel is lovely and well accommodated!
However the front desk woman DAWN was of utmost help to us. She was very friendly and personable and had such great energy to help us with whatever we needed. She is awesome at the front desk. Thank you dawn for all your help!

Beth was an absolute life saver. We had to change our accommodations last minute on Labor Day weekend. We were so worried nothing would be available or the price would be through the roof. I called I think at 6:30 am- and the miss wonderful Beth answered. She was so kind, sweet, and empathetic towards our situation. We were so blessed to have her answer the phone that morning. Beth made sure we were top of her list, and by the time we got there around 8am, she had everything ready and waiting for us. Beth and her team went above and beyond for us, our room was beautiful. The room had a gorgeous view of the pool, a full kitchen, and really comfortable beds. The living room area and bedroom area were separated by a door which made for peaceful rest time. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation because of how well we were taken care of. Beth’s kindness and hospitality will remain one of the highlights of our entire Texas trip.

Friendly staff. Greeted with a professional and courteous welcome when I arrived. They were very efficient and had already had my check-in prepared. Very helpful and hospitable- took initiative to point out services and amenities; pickle ball, pool, breakfast, etc. Clean, well maintained property. Location is safe & convenient.

nice staybridge Ive stayed ina few of them around the country. This is one of the newer ones.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE DRIVERS, take notice, they say theres charging. Nah, its just a plug with a sign. its not a level 2 charging station. beware!

I can’t say enough good things about Staybridge. The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are exactly what you’d hope for when traveling. I also love that it’s dog-friendly, which is such an important detail for our family. The location in Southeast Houston/Webster is perfect and makes it easy to get everywhere we need to go.
What really makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Alisha and Beth at the front desk are so sweet and welcoming—they always make me feel at ease the moment I walk in. When we ran into a small issue with our room, Marian and Shawnice went above and beyond to take care of it, and the way they handled everything made us feel truly cared for.
Thank you to Alisha, Beth, Marian, and Shawnice for turning what could have been just another hotel stay into something that feels like a second home. After trying other hotels in the area, I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. This will be our spot for every trip to Webster from now on.

Staybridge has quickly become our go-to spot whenever we’re in Southeast Houston/Webster. The property itself is really nice, with clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of great amenities, and a dog-friendly setup that’s a big deal for us. The location is also perfect, close to everything we need.
But what truly makes this place stand out is the hospitality. The staff here are on another level. Alisha and Beth at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming. They’ll brighten your whole day with how friendly and helpful they are. And when we had an issue with our room, Marian and Shawnice went the extra mile to take care of us. They didn’t just fix the problem, they made us feel special in the process.
Thanks to Alisha, Beth, Marian, and Shawnice, this place really feels like a second home. We travel to this area often, and after staying at plenty of hotels nearby, I can honestly say Staybridge is the only place we’ll book going forward. It’s a property that has everything you’d want, backed by a team that truly cares about their guests.

Booked a 2 night stay in a 2 queen bed suite. The customer service was amazing. Alan and Beth at the front desk were so welcoming, personal, and friendly.
The breakfast was actually hot fresh food. The selection of food was great. I had a
plumbing issue in my room. The staff quickly assisted with the problem.I would come back again.
