I have used this facility to store before and they are always so nice, easy to deal with, and have great prices compared to the offerings in the area. Office staff is the best. Edit: After staying here for a month, I am certain this is the best storage facility in Webster when it comes to friendly service and regular upkeep of the property! Will recommend.

This was the first storage unit I had to get on my own for now and Cullen literally made it the easiest experience ever!! He literally made getting a storage unit kind of fun which really helps since moving out of my first apartment has been stressful. He even helped me out ensuring I received my discount as promised online!! The price is so affordable and the location was the most convenient since I currently reside down the same highway it’s on. They even carry boxes and packaging supplies inside the office for purchase if you’re looking to move :) I’m glad I came here solely based on reviews I saw and was happy to discover that it’s even better than I thought! Definitely come here if you’re wanting great and fun management to rely on! They have climate controlled units and everything is on the first floor. ??

FANTASTIC STORAGE FACILITY!!!!! Very fair prices and very clean!! Everything is climate controlled and only one story, so you don’t have to ride one of those pesky elevators.Finally, I have great words for the property manager, Cullen. He has exceptional customer service skills, was very resourceful, and very pleasant to talk to. 10 out 10 stars.

Stopped by to check prices while I was getting some work done at the autoshop in front of them. Very friendly. Showed me storage units and parking spaces. Found a nice place to put my boat.

Love this place the cleanliness is always 110% prices are Insanely affordable the office lady is super friendly and the gentlemen is helpful. I never have an issue here and don't suggest anywhere else but here to rent a storage unit. #1 on the planet is guard box storage
