Jason provided amazing customer service!! We tried many bikes and my daughter was able to test ride them in the parking lot. He was very patient and answered all of our many questions. Clearly he is an expert!! We found the perfect match for her.

Matt Simpson was super helpful and went the extra mile to make my snowboard set up purchasing experience very enjoyable. He was also very knowledgeable and answered my thousand questions.Management treated me very well also.

Excellent service and great experience overall. Guided me to make the right decision on what bike to buy and explained why it is good for the purpose I needed it for. The guy that helped me a lot was Nekio, great guy, knows what he’s talking about.

This is the only place my family will come for our ski boots and apparel. DJ has been around since I was a kid and is an expert at boot sizing and fitting- would never go anywhere else for boot moldings or technical advice!

had finally decided to purchase a bike after pondering the thought for a year now and looking on line for a few weeks. I walked in this store right after they opened on Saturday 7/15/23. after walking down each row of bikes had found a couple that I was interested in. noticed the 2 workers especially the male seeing me look at the bikes even walked right by me once and never said a word. ( which really didn't bother mebecause I'm not that found about sales people) 2nd time he walked by me I asked him and told him I was interested in buying a bike. he nonchalantly showed were is hybrids were and pointed to the cursiers, didn't act like he was all that interested in helping me. did make the comment " sorry this is all we have right now" mind you the place was loaded with bikes. after 10 minutes of doing some more looking noticed he was helping someone else someone his own age not 65 like me. ( I only saw 2 customers in store at the time and one was myself) the other customer was even riding the bike in the store and I had to get mine down from the rack to look at them ( again that's no big deal) what is a big deal is not taking the time to answer my questions when I have one and not acting interested in making a sale. we have salesman in my business and if they did that the would be reprimanded. needless to say I left, and went down the street a few miles to a actual bike shop. they had an event going on with at least 40 people there with their bikes. within 10 minutes of me looking, salesman walked up and ask if he could help me with anything. after test riding a couple of bikes walked out the door with a $ 1000.00 bike $ 350.00 cart ( for my fur baby, along with other accessories T.$1600.00 ( all cash) at my age when we generally look at stuff that long we are ready to buy and have earned a good enough position at work ( 6 figures a yr) that we can afford stuff like this. If the salesman at sun & ski would of known this maybe he would have been a little more interested. on second thought probably not

New customer, just stopped by. The bike tech was super helpful and kind. He repaired my issue and had me back out the door quickly.The store has a good vibe. S10/10 would recommend.

Might as well make the drive to the westheimer one, as the employees here have the worst customer service. you'll be waiting a while for someone to help you with the bikes while the employees are up front just hanging around chit chatting.

This was a great visit. We previously received some bike sizing advice that didn't seem quite right, so we came here to see sizes in person and get a second opinion. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and seemed to genuinely know what they were talking about. We didn't end up getting a bike today because we still haven't sold our old one, but the staff was definitely not to blame for our lack of purchase. We will definitely be coming back to this location.
