The whole premise of this business model is to get in and out quickly. I got into the bay fast but then they left me sitting there for 30 minutes without any updates. We asked how much longer it would be and they said 20 minutes. There were 3 employees all working on one car and no one else in line. Not sure why they couldn't have given me an update or let me know how long it was going to take before moving me into the bay.

The staff (all) were awesome 😎. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Offered me water to go! It was quick and efficient. It also looked clean.

Poor Service, Leaking Filter after service, didnt properly tighten skid plate. Broke glove box and tried to super glue part when checking cabin filter and didnt mention the damage.

The mechanic left the cover and the air file connection off. If I didn't discover that, I would have major problems with my car.
Also I was charged for coolant service ?? 100 something dollar for what?
