The providers have been very helpful here. I love that even though it's a walk-in chiropractor, I still get in quickly. I do get a lot of pain relief after my visits as well.

I needed my mid/lower back to be worked on and I decided to come to this location, the front desk staff was amazing explaining the process and all the packages available they were great answering all the questions I had, Dr. Polanco was also excellent in his work making me feel better almost instantly. I left this place feeling like a million dollars! Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Pallandro is the best. He adjusts me and my husband regularly and he's the only one we'll see in the area because it's worth it each time. I have a neck and shoulder injury from a car accident and an herniated disc on my lower back - I just left his office and I feel great!

I need frequent adjustments. LOTS of work injuries and I’m old. My meager pension does not allow me many visits at my chiropractor of 25 years. $70 a treatment is hard to come by. Along came The Joint. No bells. No whistles just a rather quick overall basic adjustment. No therapies. No treatments. Just an adjustment. But it can cost me as little as $10 a treatment. I bought the monthly plan that gives me 1 each week and $10 for any extra sessions. I know what I’m getting and that generally enough. Going this frequently should mean I’ll stay adjusted for longer. And if I need more involved treatment I can always stop by my old chiropractor. Ask for Dr Taylor.

Dr. Johnson is a very smart, talented doctor, and he fixed my vertebrae the first time he put his hands on my aching back! He’s amazing! I’ll come here from now on and save my back from pain !

Dr. Taylor was great. He explained everything great before he got started. Answered all my questions, and I feel great for one treatment. The girls in the front were also very nice and the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this place.

My husband came in for an adjustment and Rosie was such a lovely help. We saw Mr.Tran and he was able to relieve the pain in my husbands lower spine very quickly. Thank you all so much!! Such a great experience. Definitely coming again.

Do not sign up for a wellness plan! I was already suspicious about coming here as I knew my issue wasn’t something they could fix but tried anyways. I was told (i have a witness that came with me) that as long as I come in by 9/30, they could cancel the autopay I didn’t realize I was on. So I do just that, and THEN they tell me that because I’m on a wellness plan, there’s nothing that can be done until the time passes. And even then, they MIGHT be able to escalate it to actually give me a refund for the second month. You can bet I will definitely be calling my bank to dispute a fraud charge as well as corporate first thing Monday morning!

I absolutely love the joint! I’ve been coming in and seeing Dr. Taylor, Dr. Paul, and Dr. Palandro for years! They provide some of the best service not only in terms of chiropractic care, but also as just being amazing people in general. I always leave feeling so much better and with a smile on my face. The doctors here really take the time to get to know you and your needs. I always recommend the joint to my coworkers as well as my own patients!

I love Dr. Taylor.. he listens to what is bothers me, conversates with me to help me relax, adjusts me to help relieve my pain.. feel pain free before even getting off the table. If something bothers me before i leave, he makes sure that area moves and is normal alignment. Been going to get adjusted by him for 6yrs now and will definitely continue under his care.

Went in today and was greeted by Kylan (receptionist) ..three employees sat and talked amongst themselves with no acknowledgement. The doctor I saw today was also great. Gave great tips on how control pain and scratches and even recommended some tour locations for my travel to California.

First time coming here. Was SUPER impressed and happy with my visit. The clinic was very clean and smelled nice. I didn't have an appointment (they do accept walk ins) but they still had me in and out fairly quickly all while addressing all my issues and taking the time to establish a relationship with me. Dr. Mark got rid of the tension headache I had because of my neck pain instantly! If I could give The Joint & it's staff 10 stars I would. Thank you all so much!

Came to get my lower and upper back adjusted, but I was greeted with more than that! I loved it! Dr. Paul was amazing. Do not let her size fool you! She will make sure you’re straighter than I-10!
