This place is pretty amazing! The kids will be entertained for hours while parents can sit back on the comfy chairs and vegetate. ?
My only complaint about this place is the ventilation. If they are not cooking, the air inside is fine. But if you go during times where they are continuously preparing food, the cooking smell can get pretty overwhelming.

I spent the afternoon here with my three little kids today. Several members of the staff went above and beyond with their customer service when they didn’t have to.

Cool place, but the staff in the 4 and under and 18 month and under just didn’t care who was in there. In the 18 month and under I had to go tell staff to get the older kids out of there to the babies can play. Which what ever older kids like the play with baby toys. My 15 month old was playing in the 4 and under and. A 8/9 year old came in and started taking toys from him. Staff wasn’t paying attention, just staring off into space, then another 8/9 big kids came flying in there and threw my baby across the play area.
Cool place but the staff just needs to be more strict and pay more attention to these tot area.i pay money to have my baby have fun and I had to hold him most the time cause staff just let the other kids in the tot area.

We attended a birthday party here. Lots of activities for kids: to be miles of tube's, slides and obstacles to challenge them. A snack bar, and lots of comfortable easy chairs for the parents. The air-conditioned environment and snacks would make this an ideal summer hangout

We went for a birthday party now twice. Each time it was only our party and the kids loved it. It was surprisingly clean for a indoor playground with a ton of little kids that play there.

Such a cool place for my toddler. It exceeded my expectations. I went on a Tuesday and the place was clean and there were just the right amount of kids there. The staff were also super friendly. I wish there was one of these in the Woodlands/spring area.

Nice fun place for kids of all ages. However some parents go inside the play area wearing shoes and hiding in corners, this should be a safety issue because some areas are out of sight and kind of dark.

I had my baby boy’s party here and let me tell you I give them a 10/10. The host they assigned us was amazing. He got the room ready and was very attentive to details. My family and I enjoyed our time here. It was also our first time visiting this place. I would recommend just paying the $30 fee to bring your own food. For your adult guest and your own cooler with drinks. If you’re looking to book your next event for your little one look no more this place is great! ?

My family and I had a bad experience celebrating my nephew's birthday, those who served us in a bad mood, apart from the fact that the pizza was raw and burnt and also cold, they took it to reheat and it came back the same and we told the girl who served us and with a very bad attitude character took it back so it was very bad service I don't recommend it
