I would choose 0 stars if I could. I’ve been waiting a month for a package with no update, only to find out that Rosie signed for it 6 days ago but never let me know. No call or email. If I didn’t call the company that shipped it I would never know that my package was about to get returned to sender. And I was charged $5. Probably why she never told me, so she could charge a holding fee. Never using this location again; idc if I work next door

Store has friendly and nice staff and did things well. However a staff member should not attend being sick, I went to drop a package off and got severly sick because the older gentleman was attending me was sick and coughing on me

et your packages sent somewhere else. This store has the rudest, most antagonistic staff—especially the older lady who works there. There is one friendly employee, but he only works in the mornings. Even other nearby stores have mentioned that the 563 location has terrible customer service.
I’ve personally witnessed the older lady only treat one type of customer with respect. And honestly, a lot of these positive reviews seem like they’re coming from people they know. No matter how nice you are to them, they still will be rude & unhelpful.

This UPS needs a bigger location. I pity the UPS driver who has to get all the packages and boxes from this cramped place. The volume of customers coming in and out really gets to you. need a bigger location.

I came in for a notary service and they had me sign the wrong section. The guy's attitude changed and kept telling me to print out another copy while someone else was using the machine. Thereafter he proceeded to help other customers. He never took accountability for his action.

UPS store has always been great. They are polite. Helpful and always seen with a smile. The reason why I come here is the willingness to go the extra mile. I needed a strip of tape and was going to buy the roll and instantly said they’d take care of taping it not to worry. The store down the road was trying to get me to pay 7 bucks for it. Yes it’s my fault for forgetting my tape but this makes them so much better helping. Thank you!
