Reserved two furniture dollies and was told none were available. That would have been a deal breaker for me!! Turns out they had two in the back, thank goodness. Suggest you call and confirm first whether this location can guarantee they have the equipment available before you arrange your move.

quick and easy process, only had cash on me but they held the uhaul for me while i went to the bank to be able to use my card. truck was outside and ready for me when i got back ! the 15’ truck is PERFECT for a one bedroom apartment

I have to give this ghetto place 1 star, when they deserve absolutely ZERO stars!!!! This place is a joke. My niece had an interview for 1pm TODAY 05/27 & SHE gets an email late last night AFTER closing hours stating her application hadn't been chosen, when she didn't even get the chance to be interviewed. When she called they said "Yea, we took it down because we hired someone." They were ONLY conducting interviews Wednesday & Friday (she has receipts). She didn't even get a chance to be interviewed. Like usually YOU DON'T GET AN INTERVIEW & THEN AN EMAIL STATING YOUR APPLICATION WASNT CHOSEN AFTER IT WAS CHOSEN for a damn interview OR SHE WOULDNT HAVE HAD AN INTERVIEW in the FIRST PLACE.

Sometimes the units are in need of maintenance, but the workers are not hard to find. Expensive compared to other options, but far easier to deal with.
