Terrible customer service!!! I was shopping for my daughters birthday this Saturday so I was taking my time looking at all the gift sets when I noticed I was being followed and watched like I'm a theif or robber. It made my feel paranoid and completely unwelcome!! Several of the female customers were feeling completely awkward and unwanted in this store. I will never return to this srop

I wouldn’t suggest using their curbside pickup service. We sat for 12 minutes after receiving the confirmation text message that the order was on its way out. We ended up going inside for a small makeup item.

This particular location never honors my wife's birthday rewards. Or are out of stock of any promotion. Not visiting again. Ironic, it was Kathy at checkout, whom has been complained about before.

Super rude. The cashier looked like she didn’t want to be at work. She had an attitude and wasn’t helpful. I will no longer be shopping at this Ulta. Customer service is a key component to keeping customers and having them come back. But I feel disrespected and will not be shopping here anymore. More training needs to be completed. Like your supposed to present yourself in a good manner while at work but she didn’t. My sister asked to remove one item but she removed two items and one of those items was something I was planning to buy. I was disappointed when I realized that we didn’t buy the product because the cashier messed up. If she would’ve listened and maybe been more nicer then this could’ve been avoided. Learn to value your customers! ☹️

I got my bangs cut here and they’re horrible. Even when I put on my headband you can’t even tell I have bangs.. (you should see hair sticking out.) WAY too short, my moms first reaction was, “um.. they’re too short, what happened?” One of the customers was staring at me until I walked away.. never felt more embarrassed walking out. My sister isn’t even a hairstylist (17) and can cut bangs better.(Will not name the stylist because I am the one who said I liked it. Never had a bad experience with Ulta, just the stylist didn’t execute what I wanted.)

I went in this morning and the First Lady was very helpful. When I got to check out the cashier was very rude. Her name was Kathy, you should watch how you handle PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Because you never know who you’re dealing with. Your customers service is very poor!!

I had such a terrible and scary experience at this últa due to management. Specifically GLORIA who seems to have a lack of human decency. I was shopping around and overheard her belittling her employee. She went as far as insulting her make up! It made me feel so sick to my stomach I just had to leave. I will never be returning here! If they treat their own employees this way, how would they treat a loyal customer??? I’m very disappointed in Gloria’s actions and I feel they should be reprimanded for acting so ugly towards someone under their management.

Well organized establishment to the point they change items from shelves to shelves. (Sometimes is annoying since I already learned where to find the items ??) Although the items are pricey still is worthy to buy them. It's better to buy quality rather than going to the cheapest one that lacks of quality. So far every item I have bought haven't disappointed me and if I don't find something I need I can go online and get it. Thank you for the flexibility Ulta. Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that the line to pay is extensive so I have tried to go after work so I don't find myself waiting too long to pay. This isn't the staff fault. The place actually get lots of customers. This speaks well for their service as well. None of the staff hasn't disappointed me neither. Thank you, thank you, thank you ? Ulta!

visited the ulta (bay area blvd) and the sales associates are absolutely amazing but management is very rude. not sure of the woman’s exact position but she’s not polite all. no customer service etiquette. I don’t think she purposely intends to be rude I think she’s just very unaware of how she speaks to customers: it’s not what you say it’s how you say it :) but other than I loveee the sales associates. especially the women in fragrance!

I visited the Ulta Beauty Sugar Land store this month. Very cool and friendly staff. It was my first time there to buy my daughter a hair flat iron. The store was very clean, well organized and easy to find items. The store manager, Latanya, was really nice and helpful and made my first time store visit experience y very easy. I like the store and I will use more often to buy my wife and daughters future gifts and needed items. I am impressed. I strongly recommend shopping at Ulta and this Sugar Land Store in particular.

So I had my hair styled and trimmed by Katie on 5/11 for the second time and she is amazing. My hair always looks so good and healthy after she’s done with it she also did my bangs and I normally don’t trust anyone because I feel like I never get what I want. But I’m always going to get from now on.

I am consistently disappointed by the ridiculous check out waits w/ the line often wrapped around the store and checkers move very slowly. When I just need one or two items, I'm not willing to wait, and I'm not the only one. You can see patrons dropping their items all over the store and walking out vs even attempting the wait. I think they need to consider self checkout or other options to stay viable. Otherwise, most all products can be found in Amazon, directly from the manufacturers, and deliver next-day. Not sure how Ulta will sustain itself at this rate. It's too bad bc I would love to pop in and pop out for my favorite products. Just not an option anymore.

I really like how as soon as I entered the store at the front, I immediately smelled the fragrant blend of perfumes that were previously tested by the customers. This location also featured an in-store salon. I receive a lot of gift cards from my cash apps to shop here as I was originally introduced to their products and recommend saving at least $10 worth before shopping. Also, per Ulta's customer service policy, I suggest protecting your personal information at the registration counter.

Terrible service and attitude from one of the guys that work there!I went into ulta looking for a mascara that washes off with warm water. It's an ulta brand mask era that I purchased it christmas time for my niece and I was getting one from my mom. There was a man standing there with 2 female associates. I asked for gelp and told them what I was looking for. A ulta mascara that washes off with warm water. He asked if it was a remover I told him no it was a mascara. The mascara can be removed with warm water instead of make up remover he told one of the femal associates that I was looking for remover. I told him no. He then days that is not what you said when I asked you. I'm sorry NO that is not the correct response to a customer. Your response should be I'm sorry I mis -understood. Completely unacceptable. He needs some training on customer service.

Cool staff etc. They always have some type of sale going on so I like that. Employees seem knowledgeable of products but I gave a 4 star due to their knowledge being more towards what may be within the sale that week instead of other products that could meet your needs that are not on sale or promotion.
