I brought a ring that was pretty but definitely costume jewelry as inspiration, they did a great job upgrading the original. They finished before my birthday which was our deadline and made beautiful ring.It turns out I wore the ring and realized it was just a little too large. They sized it down for me without charge and in less than a full day.The staff are so pleasant to work with and anytime I have further need of a jeweler I will certainly be returning here.

Absolutely amazing service! Had a custom piece done that turned out perfect. Size 18 ring fitted to a round gemstone. Unique Jewels did an amazing job at making this difficult request possible and it turned out exactly as requested. If you are looking for a jeweler who can custom make or repair jewelry this is definitely the best place you can go!

A few days ago I broke my lucky bracelet. Thank God, I didn’t lose it… Kim and her mom I assume were very friendly. Rarely nowadays, will you ever see somebody in a jewelry shop with magnifying glasses on or displaying tools of the trade. They replaced missing hoop and even cleaned and polished it for me. Same day. Thanks ladies!

We have used Unique Jewels for restoration work with great success, so it was a no brainer to call Kim when I was wanting to get a set of custom earrings for my partner. Kim listened to what I wanted, explained the differences in jewel quality, and took all of those thing and came up with an excellent design.I cannot recommend them higher. You can see the results in the photos.
