The staff looked kinda tired at the beginning, but still managed to handle all the things smoothly. Be nice to them, and they will be nice to you as well.

They lost my car registration documents 2 years in a row, and when I go to the office they were always rude and unhelpful. Also, during the working hours nobody is picking up the phone. This is the laziest and most incompetent mail office I've ever had to deal with.

Terrible customer service at this location. In particular, the middle-aged bald man with a mustache was extremely rude to me and came off as lazy, not wanting to do his job. Worst experience trying to complete a simple task on my errands list.

Bad, they ask you for payments that shouldn't be and that's because they are not fulfilled with the deliveries. They set a date and come out with another.
