6 people in line, only one teller. A employee just in the back just looking as the line gets bigger and bigger and never stepped in. I don't mind waiting but it's pretty ridiculous that and employee won't step in to help she just watches.

Appointment recommended if you want to have a discussion about loans, investment, and credit cards. We made an appointment that was easy to do online and we got to meet a banker-advisor punctually. Armando was really nice, friendly, and helpful with advice, suggestions, and financial needs. He patiently and happily explained the products, loan types, and even retirement and investment plans. Wonderful experience! We got our business done! And, he even offered another product/service that can be helpful in the near future.

Only one teller working. Like out the door on a Tuesday. I would understand had it been Friday after noon. Why have 5 windows and only One teller ?

I visited this Branch today and was treated so kindly by my teller Janet. I observed her assisting to customers ahead of me. And she was so kind to each of them in turn.

I cannot put into words how tragic this establishment is. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Hope they can turn it around. Yikes.

Used to be a fast branch, but recently it takes way longer than before to access the safe deposit box. This last time it took so long to wait for a banker to be available, and finally I had to ask for help from the manager. She was helpful.

Anytime you come to this location be prepared to get lazy customer service!!! It's pathetic for such a busy area!!! I came in to just have domestic wire service activated on my account at 215pm. The rep came out and said I have a 3pm appointment. I pushed back and said its only 215pm and she says well I have to go to lunch! Well why in the h$#l are you out on the floor working and two go ABOVE & BEYOND for once to give this location a better reputation and bring in more clients!!!! I ask if they're branches around that can assist and she says I'll get a teller to call around for you. Well it's 222pm and I'm still sitting here with zero communication!!!! Terrible management and customer service!!!! 1 employee working!!! Insane!!!

they only have two tellers working during lunch 1030 to 1pm is normally and its poor mgt to have clients waiting over 10 minutes. really bad mgt. great tellers cheerful and helpful

Haven’t let me down yet. I’ve banked with them for over 15 years now and every time I’ve had an issue, the bankers are knowledgeable and handle my issue like professionals. Today the manager Janet, and the banker linh, went above and beyond to help me. They are both kind and attentive, and determined, and are true life savers!!!! Truly appreciative !!!! I know they were just doing their job, but to me I felt listened to and taken care.

Never ever get and withdraw money here on the weekends. There is always a minimum of 1 hour waiting time for the ATM. The bank doesn’t seem to care and won’t set up a second ATM outside. If you can avoid this place, do so at all costs.

Guy setting up my account sent me to the back of bank to atm to get cash to open acct then forgot I was there and helped other people. I mean... really! Why should I even bank here?

Employees are not helpful. They act nice to your face but try to pass off responsibilities to one another. It should have been a quick visit.

I give Jeanette palacios 5 stars, top notch professional banker very polite & helpful. I was regretting banking with Wells Fargo when I went the el Camino branch but I came in the branch on Bay Area by convenience today and it’s really just the people that make or break your experience with the bank as a whole and I definitely recommend going the branch on Bay Area for any inquiries. Ms. Anu Dangol was very helpful as well I had no questions or concerns after leaving thanks to these 2 individuals in particular.
