The store assistance was fast, attentive, upbeat and very helpful. The equipment I brought in was replaced and I was on my way quickly. The store had comfortable seating to seat while waiting for service.

It is virtually impossible to explain Xfinity.
I have been so abused by this company I doubt anyone would believe me. They are holding all of us who use them âhostage â
Not even prices but service - keeping money they say has been returned. I am 86 years old and I doubt I will live long enough to get my account under control.

Terrible customer service when we were there the lady said if you could step out of the store, your place in the line will be taken off and you will not receive customer service unless you sign up again I just wanted to get my phone from my car and she said something like that. Definitely, never coming back.

That was a sad visit to say the least. 5 workers out front, 2 customers. The worker that came to help me was unknowledgeable about the product. I explained that I had technical questions and wanted to speak to someone who knew the product. Same worker came back 5 minutes later with less information than Google provides and said he'd help me. Absolutely not. The service both on the phone and in person has greatly reduced since I started using Xfinity. I believe it's time to look elsewhere for cellphone and Internet services.

I spent 45 minutes the first time trying to add a extra bedroom cable box. They said everything is good go home and and call Comcast to get it started. That was not the case, my wife has spent hours on the phone for 3 days trying to get the box to work and finely someone from Comcast 1800 number tells her its not even registered to our account, so I went back to the store today and spent another 53 minutes waiting for them to tell me that they have to give me another box because the first person didn't do their job correctly even with the managers help. Took so long to get this information because the manager and 2 staff members just stood around doing nothing while the sales reps tended to a store full of customers.

Lesley started out helping us & she was awesome! She reached out & asked Shannon the manger for assistance on getting us the best price. And oh boy! Shannon was on top of her game! She was fast friendly & efficient. I cannot say enough about both of these ladies were professional & personable. Shannon knows her stuff! I had to wait 20 minutes & it was worth the wait. Oh and one more thing, 2 different people came in and tried to cut in front of everyone in there, that had been waiting. However, Shannon wasnât having that. She was professional & polite but to the point âfirst come first serve please check in at the front sir.â I was really impressed! KUDOS to Lesley & great management skills & customer service Shannon!
Update: Had to go back for a follow up on my bill, Tonya was awesome & explained everything she was fast & professional.

Absolutely unacceptable service. The wait was incredibly long, and instead of assisting customers, the staff were either chatting and laughing at the front desk or hiding away in the employee room in the back.. Itâs unclear if their responsibilities go beyond checking people in on a tablet. To make matters worse, management was overheard mocking an elderly customerâcalling her âcrazyâ after she mentioned sheâd been waiting for over an hour. The customer service experience was appalling, rivaling the worst of what youâd expect from Xfinity.

Moved my familyâs phone service to Xfinity Mobile, to try and claim the iPhone 17 pro promotion. Was told by an employee Austin to come back in a week when they had stock, and apparently by not submitting an order that day it locked me out of the promotion, despite signing up for a premium unlimited line.
Visited the store 5x times, spoke with 2 managers, they could not fix the issue caused by listening to their employee and not ordering it that day. Looking into other providers at the moment, would give them a 0 star if possible after all my time wasted trying to rectify the issue. AVOID XFINITY MOBILE!

I went to the store to collect my equipment and when I walked in I was not acknowledged at all but 2 people came in after me and was acknowledged immediately. I waited for a good minute before anyone even say anything to me. Leslie saw me waiting and came over to assist me right away. Sheâs super sweet and you can see that she takes pride in her job.
