I always come to this store to fix what the others stores mess up. Billing, tech and etc. Other say they can't do something but this store always goes the extra distance. Chasity is great.

Where do I even get started with Xfinity. I switched to xfinity mobile a few weeks ago under the impression that I would get the new IPhone 16 pro for free if I traded in my I phone 13 pro I had with T-Mobile. When I went to the xfinity store to purchase the phone and switch to y'all , the associate informed me ,AFTER he charged my card, that there was an issue with my old phone that was showing the sim was locked, so I could not trade it in at that very moment, but the associate informed me he would open a ticket and get this resolved for me. Well, that never happened. They never even bothered to call me back, and the service ticket was closed and I was informed by a customer service rep that they only applied the $400 port in discount on the phone, not the $999 trade in promo, and so that I would need to return my new phone and place a new order so they could apply the correct promotion because only one promotion could be applied. Now today, I was informed that I could only get the iPhone 16 and not the iPhone 16 pro I originally purchased. This is very frustrating and infuriating because all I wanted to do was switch to you guys and get the new iPhone 16 pro, and now I am stuck with the normal version after you guys messed everything up.

I did an appointment online and when i got there i spoke with a lady on a black shirt she was the only one not helping anyone and i told her i had an appointment and she sarcastically said yes that great we will be right with u and then she went to help someone else instead of the ones that made an appointment ahead of time! Very rude im disappointed on the service at this location

People was coming in and out quick they helped us and helped others customers that was walking in .

I had issues with my mobile service. James and Noah went above and beyond to assist me with a resolution. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received in the years I have been with Xfinity. Wonderful assets. Thank you both for the outstanding job.

Austin at this store is amazing! He fixed an issue that had been going on for weeks, and I couldn't get any help from customer service over the phone. I was very frustrating because Xfinity outsources all of its calls to another country and communication is almost impossible. I was about to get charged for equipment I never received and couldn't return. Thank you Austin!!!

I went in to return some equipment and the staff were very helpful and worked on lowering my bill almost in half. I also saw how an elderly customer was getting helped on how to use his Iphone. They took the time to show him basic phone functions and how to text. Their patience was admired.
