This place is a 5 star if your traveling between San Antonio to Houston a must stop or can beef sausage warmed up with bread ready to go to eat on the road or if you want pork sockets to cook at home or if you want the smoked bacon then they have smoked ham hocks and everything is smoked in house and they have summer sausage and I mean that country style homemade summer sausages that just remind you of being a kid you have to stop and try this place.”

“I got there too late to try any of their hot food other than a leftover chopped beef sandwich. The sandwich was still really good. I did not ask for any sauce. The meat was already sauced enough. The only other thing I got there was dried jalapeno and cheese sausage. It was phenomenal. Forcing myself not to eat the whole thing. I've been told that they get their bread from across the street at the bakery there. I think the owner serviced me and he was very pleasant. He informed me that they usually run out of hot food between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Seemed like a good selection of meats to take home and cook for yourself.”
