“Greg is a lifesaver! ❤ I was about four hours from home when I noticed my steering wheel starting to shake. After stopping at three different gas stations looking for an air pump, I realized I was in serious trouble. My valve stem had backed out and immediately released what little air pressure I had left in my left front tire. I was in tears and honestly unsure what I was going to do or even where the nearest auto parts store was. I pulled out of Valero and, almost like a little answered prayer, looked up and saw Stavinoha Tire Shop. I walked in, trying to hold back tears, and explained what was happening to the lady at the desk. Greg walked in, took one look, and simply said, “Show me what you’re seeing.” He didn’t just tighten the valve stem and send me on my way. He replaced it, aired up my tire, and explained that the tire pressure warning on my dashboard might take a little while to clear. When I asked, “How much do I owe you?” he simply said, “Don’t worry about it.” I cannot adequately express how much that kindness meant to me in that moment. Being four hours from home, scared, and unsure of what to do, Greg took the time to help me without hesitation—and then refused payment. People like Greg are a reminder that there is still so much kindness in the world. I will never forget how he helped me when I was having a really difficult moment. Thank you, Greg, and thank you, Stavinoha Tire Shop! I frequently commute to Houston and now, you have a customer for life! I will gladly recommend you to anyone who needs a tire shop. ❤”

“While we didn’t get any service completed, I have to leave this review because of how helpful they were. On I-10 from New Braunfels headed to Houston and our car started shaking, seeming to be the tires but no flat, but concerning to drive on without knowing. We stopped other places in Schulenburg and were turned away or told they couldn’t get to it until tomorrow, knowing we were not staying nearby or anything. This place was kind on the phone, told us to come by, immediately came out and looked at it, gave their recommendation and we were back on the road in minutes. Glad there are still some kind, helpful businesses out here! We appreciate your time when we know you have other things to do!”

“Came in to have my tire put on a new wheel I bought. He answered my call instead of ignoring it like other shops did and he had me in and out quick! Great price, great service. Highly recommend!”
