The guys were nice to work with. Our project was to cover a full wall to make it an accent wall in our venue. We stained the boards in multiple colors before installation and those who have come in have been impressed. The product was as expected.

Great experience from ordering and delivering they sent quite a bit extra I was able to make my trim with after the floor was done. Wonderful people burned it lightly got a thin coat of polyurethane when I’m completely done more pictures will show. Very solid with a good subfloor

Remodeling an old home. I knew I didn’t want sheet rock when after removing a piece, couple layers of wallpaper saw this beautiful old wood. Love at first sight… needed some additional wood and so happy I found this place… excellent service from start to finish.
Excited to have my retirement cottage finished … in a few weeks!

I must say I was truly disappointed. I drove 3.5 hours to get there over a week after it was supposed to be ready. They sent 2 guys out to hand load some of the worst 1x4 I’ve ever bought while they complained that no one ever tips them for loading lumber, I tipped them 20.00 each without even a thank you. I have had to buy a 500.00 planer to try and salvage the wood to trim my son’s house and most of it isn’t any good until I plane over an 1/8 to 1/4”, some is so bad that I can’t even plane it. I was hoping I found a great place to buy sone quality lumber other than the big guys, but I would have been better off staying with them.
I must say this is a company to do business with. After hearing about my experience they contacted me and Gregory was absolutely top notch at making sure I was takin care of. They corrected the problem and actually delivered replacement boards to my order at my home yesterday. The product I received now is the quality I was expecting initially and they made it 100% right. It’s awesome when you meet people that walk with faith and show it in the way they do business. I can’t thank them enough for making sure this went right.

My first experience with your company was great. My Dutch siding was cut properly and the lengths were correct. My second experience was not good. I ordered 8 and 12 foot length pieces and received 8 and 11 foot sections. I had waited for months for the order to be complete so I took the lumber. Upon applying the boards to buildings the gaps varied from less than 5/16 of an inch to over 3/8 of an inch . I had to go through the boards and match the gaps before applying to the structure. Hopefully this was a tempory slip in your quality.

This team was very helpful and considerate to our needs regarding the materials we ordered. Multiple times we had to reschedule picking up our materials because of the weather. One time, a few days before we were scheduled to pick up our order we received a call from one of the team members letting us know that the day we were supposed to pick up the order it was supposed to rain. Their customer service is impeccable!!! I will come back and post pictures of our floors once they have been installed. Thank you again for being a great customer service representative.

Greg is such a gentleman. He has great customer service skills. And well informed. He delivered our huge 1700 sq' order 3 hrs away, one way. He even helped unload it all. He will be getting our business again!!! In fact, will have another large order in the next few weeks.
