My husband went to get a hair cut the guy left his sideburn hair uneven with a patch of long hair left and while using the razor didn’t use any type of lotion or cream just dry shaved leaving him with razor burn all over

They don’t pick up their phone to make an appointment. I called several times and they hung up the second the phone picked up.
