Wow I hadn’t even looked at the reviews online. It seems like the person answering the phone is already super unprofessional. I wanted to get another quote since I had already another company give me a quote. The man said he wasn’t going to go work on anything that had already been started. I told him it was something very minor and yet still he hasn’t even seen what has been done and is already saying he is not going to do it. Super disappointed that they didn’t even go take a look to give me a quote. Aside from that I told him I was going to put this on the review, then he decides now that he wants to take a look at it however I told him it was too late because he was still not going to give me a quote only to “satisfy” me.

Very rude customer service!! I have been their customer for years, but today was the last. Lazy people that stop servicing at 2:30 pm and that's just because I'm a mile away from them.

Andy's evidently doesn't want to come to any of the 55+ communities to sell any propane during these difficult times from weather conditions here in Donna TX, maybe if they would answer their phone or had a scheduled time to come through these communities would be helpful, there nothing like Pony Express in Mission .

They will take advantage of you saw a post on fb about how they charged a man $100 extra on a tank cause they knew he could afford it ! This really needs to be put out there. Cause that’s not how a company should see there customers
