“I had a tree I needed to cut down and I needed a chainsaw. Lucky for me Eddie was working that day. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He took the time to show my how to use it and made sure to put a focus on the safety mechanisms. This can be dangerous so Eddie made sure I knew that for my own safety. Home Depot needs more representatives like Eddie. ????”
“I went here after a lack of customer service elsewhere. Noelia was super nice. Always attentive to my needs. She gave us space to try the mattress yet was always near to answer our questions. My entire family felt welcomed, assured, and as valued customers. She let me know of various methods of payment,, and all the items they carry.. happy to say We did make a purchase. Only thing to comment is the price was a tiny bit elevated compared to the other store we visited, however, they offered free and fast delivery. I guess for that, AND great customer service, I didnt mind paying a tiny bit more. Ill definitely go back when I'm in need of additional housewares. My exact rating would be a 4.6.”
“The manager is super professional and caring. We bought my elderly father a recliner for Fathers Day and the manager made sure it made it to my dads home safely and quickly. We shopped around and this store has the best value and quality. We would definetly buy again and recommend to anyone.”
“Went in for some curtain rods and found curtains, as well in a dusty corner of this store totally unexpected. I washed the curtains when I got them home but they are beautiful I haven't put them up yet I really had to dig for them. Not much of a selection but I still managed to find some beautiful pairs will update with a possible picture . I honestly don't know how long these curtains have been there but quite honestly the prices are great but the dust on the packages is something else I had dust all over my shoes clothes digging for the size I needed and design. Obviously no one buys curtains there who knew there was curtains at Home Depot I sure didn't. I went in to buy some rods.”
