Auto Zone in Weslaco has excellent customer service. Victor De Leon, manager, does a great job running this store efficiently and making sure the customer leaves completely satisfied with the problem resolved. I am so appreciative of their service.

The customer assistance provided by the store manager made the experience great. The store manager assisted with installing my car battery and providing additional assistance with my coolant. I always get quality service from this location.

Went in at 10Am purchased a part that was in harlingen store, had me wait all day till 5pm clock to be told part wont be there till following day, i could have gotten the part my self instead of waiting all this time, terrible customer service.. waiting for my part to get there nd will never return to that store again.
